Cutting butter There’s no cutting butter Butter is meant to be spread soft Just snatch some and spread it But I guess if it’s cold then I guess nick is correct that way you get a thinner slice so it won’t tear up the bread or melt faster on the toast 😎

Butter gets cut into squares. I guess cause it has directions on the wrapper! I see a challenge here. See how close to a 1 tablespoon of butter you can get by slicing longways.

Tula's Endless Summer I have a friend from Scotland and we had our debate on the subject. He kept butter on hand at work for his tea! It just looks so awkward slicing longways. Lol

Ear to ear smiles, and the smell of a new sailing vessel. That kind of gets the mind thinking, " how can we do this"? Knowing what I know about the both of you I see a new vessel in the not to distant future. educate those yanks mate. You Slice the butter and what is really nice is a thick slice of fresh bread with loads of butter on. Put in a bowl then you pour a half cup of BOVRIL drink onto it while hot, let it soak in and feast!

When your voice starts to go out get some Oregano Oil from North American Herb and Spice (Amazon) 4-5 drops under tongue chasing it down with water. Voice magically comes back. Scratchy, sore, throat goes away. Stops cough, breaks up congestion. It’s antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic. Fixes heartburn, stomach aches all in a tiny little bottle. I keep two on hand. One home, one in my vehicle. It will stop a cold before it gets started! Very aromatic!!! Use with a water chaser.

I cut it in squares. And living off base in the early 80s for several years near Ipswich (RAF Bentwaters) I've never seen it sliced long ways. And we ate with our landlords nearly every night. Man I miss those days!

I love the video. Today is the first, but not last, time I saw you site. I am from the mountains of Central Pa. We live 8 miles from an inland lake that is 34 miles long, 14 miles of shore line. I use to spend winters in Ft Myers, Fla. Such a great great place to sail - SW Fl which is Gulf side. BTW "Square." It is up to 62 degrees today and 31 last night.

I cut butter both ways mentioned, depends on how soft the butter is. If it's had, I cut cubes, if its soft I cut long ways.

Born and raised on Bovril. Great in sandwiches and especially with melted cheese on toast! Looks like you guys had a great show, bet you slept for a week afterwards! Have you seen the Bluewater 50 catamarans (from Discovery Yachts) they make them just up the road from where I keep my boat, so I get to see them often. Quite a few You Tubers sailing them around the world....

Sierra butter always in squares

We cut the butter off the end and the beef broth sounds good also.

I cut butter the same as you guys do and we are not wrong, just different. The beef you drink is probably just beef bullion in hot water, they may have added something to it but I'll guarantee that's all it is. I totally missed this one.

I use to cut my butter the "American" way, till I tried the "British" way... I prefer the British way. Only because if you use a super sharp knife you can get super thin slices that cover your toast, it melts its awesome!
