Lisa’s Strudel Recipe;
Strudel dough
250 g Cake Flour
3g Salt
100ml lukewarm Water
40ml Oil (no Olive Oil. Better Sunflower Oil!)
Sift flour on the table, make a small pit in the middle, add all the other ingredients and knit it until it becomes a very soft dough. Or you can also use your kitchen aid with a dough hook to do this job for you. Afterwards you oil the dough, cover it and let it sit for 30 min. Now you roll the dough until it has the size of a plate, oil it again and let it sit for another 5 min. Now the tough work starts - you have to roll the dough so thin that you are able to read a newspaper through it. You have to use your hands for this. As a small hint, take off your rings, it will make this work way easier! Now you can fill the dough (2/3). Brush butter/fat on the rest (1/3), furl it, roll it, brush it with butter/fat from the outside and put it in the oven. After 45min, 200 degrees, it’s ready.
Strudel filling First version:
Apples 10 Big Apples (already sliced very thin)
80g Granulated Sugar Cinnamon
100g Breadcrumbs
80g Butter Raisins
120g Cream (Rahm)
Brown the Breadcrumbs in butter, let it cool down, add sugar and cinnamon. Cover 2/3 of the dough with the cream (Rahm), put the roasted breadcrumbs on top, spread the apples and the raisins over it. Brush the rest of the dough with butter/fat (1/3), furl it, roll it, and brush it with butter/fat from the outside again.

I'm grinning from ear to ear sat here watching your bit Felipe. You speak for many of us about Delos lifting us out from under those dark clouds that we can find ourselves in from time to time. I would imagine that they could hear a similar story at every port they call at and I could share some experiences of Delos helping me through some tough weeks. Felipe Navarro I met up with a Sailing youtuber who’s style of boat and sailing really turned me on and I eventually met this dude which I won’t name but he was a total Asshole the dude that was on his Video was total bullshit but I’m happy to hear That Delos is Legit!! And who they are is the same when there off camera!! Been enjoying Delos Videos for sometime now. Keep up the work and bring the Adventure on
Lisa looks Amazing in the Capitan's fashion show! Lisa is a person with an amazing personality she is true to her values and yet still an integral member of the Delos Crew/Tribe. Despite her more conservative personality, she genuinely shows that she is a member of the Delos Tribe. For this, I respect her genuine personality.

There are bad places in any country. It's important to do research before visiting. All Brazilians I've had contact with were warm and friendly.

@@ninline2000 I think that anchoring close to a favela could be one of many type of mistakes that some sailors make, because they hadn't done their research regarding secure areas.

Not sure how often y'all peruse the comments, but I'd just like to offer my thanks for all the work y'all put into these videos. They never fail to be inspiring, funny, beautiful, and thought provoking all in one gorgeous package. With all the drek every day on the news, it greatly pleases me to know there is at least one group of people out there in the world doing it right. The obvious love and respect y'all have for each other and the world we all inhabit warms my cold, cynical heart every Friday. I can't thank you enough for that! And if I were 20 years (ok, maybe 30 years) younger, I'd give Capt. Breeyan a run for his money with Kazza... ;) Those are the sweetest eyes I've ever seen (to borrow from Sir Elton John). Felipe is the real deal, it was crazy to hear his story. I drew such similarity to what he was saying. I personally lost my mother and father last year and simultaneously sent out of town to work for a shit head boss for weeks on end. I was consumed with Deep depression. I used to zone out on Delos, I think it was a small escape from reality. As time went on I noticed I started laying off heading back working on my boat again. It was a sign like your boat cutting through thick fog the sun coming out the breeze freshening. You’re the man Felipe keep on living

Like so many others, I have watched every single episode you guys have done. At the end of this one I found myself with a huge smile on my face. To be honest, that's the way I feel after every show. Keep it up guys. If you ever came up the east coast and drift towards Montreal, look me up! My lakes and rivers are too 'hard' for a boat for 6 months out of the year, we make up for it in summer!

Wow I've been to Ilha Grande twice, 2008 with my soon to be wife. I had just met her then. And 2015 when we went to her brothers wedding. We wanted to go back with our kids one of them, our son might even have been made there.☺ love your show!!!!

I’ve never sailed before but I’m going to take a class and it will be just my dog and myself traveling the world. Absolutely a soul soothing video. Everything from beautiful tanned feet observing the cutwater, turtles, fabulous dishes coming out of the galley, the comfortable way you all interact with each other, endless smiles even when things go awry, and it seems like the pheromones might be rather in abundance in this episode. Maybe they are all the time. If only we all could live the way you do. "Inspirational" as your guest described it. He never stopped smiling as he took it all in. You guys have outdone yourself with this video. The editing is superb, commercial quality. You hit dive spots, a great little town, met some fans, and managed to include enough Delos moving through the waves to satisfy me. I almost had tears when you included some video of the boat just cruising along and the bow wake pushing away from the hull. Oh how I'd love just to spend a few hours on that beautiful mono-hull. Cats have their advantages but they lose the wonderful motion of a mono-hull. If you want some great diving you'll have to wait until you come to the California Channel Islands. 35 minutes of heaven. Thanks all.

In search of a vessel I came across your videos. Yup binge watched them all. My dream was to sail the caribbean for a few years then buy a house on a lake. That has been scrapped for cruising the world. I am so psyched to be able to do this. It will be a few years before setting sail and I would love to talk with you guys about boat choices etc. Everything you have done and the way you have setup the arrangements for the crew etc has been superb! What you have done for others lives should make you sleep well even in those rough seas. Namaste to all of you!
"Turtles all the way down"! Was surprised how murky the water was in the videos too. I guess nutrients come down off the mountains via the rivers and streams make it so as compared places like Ascension. Still Brazil looks like an fun place to experience.
