OK, any charter guests who can afford this kind of experience and still manage to be challenging/difficult and leave a lousy tip deserve to have their names revealed (I know you can't do that)... period! If their behavior were made public, other charters may be saved from the same experience. These kind of people have never been told "NO" and have a sense of entitlement that is nauseating. That said... well done Loon Crew, as always... sorry you had to keep a stiff upper lip on this one. Also, Paul did a true solid by placing his portion back in the kitty. Really enjoyed this episode as I do this channel in particular however, it did raise a small issue that has always rankled with me! I know the US varies in many things from Europe, not more so than when it comes to leaving a tip! When and why did it become expected on Super Yachts that a tip will/should be given. I have always believed that tips and/or work bonuses are for efforts above and beyond the call of duty. Surely when a group are paying hundreds and thousands of dollars per charter on a super yacht, excellent service and facilities trips/toys etc. should be what they are paying for, not seen as a bonus. I am not saying it is necessarily wrong to give/receive/expect a tip but what extra do the crew do to warrant an additional 15-20%, which is seemingly what is expected? Some Cruise companies actually charge the ‘Tip’ when you book which seems very strange to me, it is a way of subsidising low wages! I don’t want to be controversial but I really struggle to understand the rationale and expectation!

Another great video Capt Paul and Blair. Especially the saving of the drone in the next bay. Well done Blair. I came to this channel because I have followed Nina for a few years now and am glad I came here. You give a great insight into how the other side of life is with those who can afford such trips, plus the running of these vessels has always been of great interest to me. Thanks again for sharing and looking forward to more videos! Peter Western Australia

Nice work showing us all angles, including the charters that don't go well on a superyacht. This crew is the definition of class! Keep it up and thanks for sharing the beautiful Caribbean with us!

I dig these super informative transparent Vlogs especially from the Captain and crew whilst completing your duties with the magnificent vessel Motoryacht Loon ! As a former Ak Bering Sea Commercial Fisherman back in the day I must say your Captain Rocks thru and thru and so does your crew ! Cheers !

I love watching your videos Blair you do an amazing job! As a former Saffa charter skipper this is amazing to watch, I am really impressed and proud that most of the crew are from my part of the world. Captain Paul you are a class act well done on every score. What I really would have loved to see is English Harbour during the boat show or other, to me, familiar places in the Caribbean and the Med. Love you guys may the tips flow in

Thank you for letting us see exactly how hard you all work to make the guests time memorable even if the tip was below par. Cpt Paul shows how much you value the hard work by putting yours back in the pot and speaking to owner so that the crew don’t miss out. Blair you aced this can we have at some a similar video from the interior point of view.

Paul goes: -"Got a little Pershing off to our port side here". I have described a Pershing as a small boat, but I guess it is a matter of perspective with him being up there, half way into the clouds?

I like this behind the scenes type video. You all work so hard and deserve a nice tip. That was nice of Captain Paul to throw his tip back in the pot and go to bat for you all with the owner. What a great leader.

I never thought I say it, but I miss sailing more & more each year. My time underway was spent in the Army mostly on Landing Craft & Experimental Vessels & it was work but having not done it in years makes me miss it terribly.
