È verissimo. Io sono stato imbarcato sul Vespucci nel lontano 1962-63 e vi posso confermare che è "la nave più bella del mondo", così come venne qualificato dall'equipaggio della portaerei americana Independence che incrociammo nel Mediterraneo. Durante la navigazione verso i Paesi del Nord Europa, imbarcammo alcuni ingegneri stranieri per studiarne le strutture al fine di costruirne delle copie per le loro nazioni.
