Would be nice if Israel placed stipulations on these developers that they dedicate a certain percentage of their total space to housing for low-income inhabitants, as is done in certain areas of the U.S. Jerusalem needs this more than ever. Without it, just expect more and more protests--that devolve into civic violence, et al.
