I’ve never seen your channel before but it landed at the top of my feed. I felt compelled to listen. The “R” or “Runa” name/word is “rune”. I just returned from a train trip in which I wore a Vegvisir rune pendant for safe travel. An Amtrak staffer asked me about my “rune” and if it was “Nordic”. The trip involved my aunt who is very ill and dying but put me in close contact with my cousin who loves “flowers” and has pots of them EVERYWHERE at her small apartment. My aunt’s brain is about gone but she had a lucid moment and commented that her daughter uses mass amounts of flowers to compensate for what is missing in her life.
