I have headphones on and have been working on my boat listening saying, “Yep. Yep. Yep.” Every 5 minutes. I started listening to Seth Speaks and Abraham Hicks. I’m also doing IFS Internal Family Systems and found out that distraction was impulsiveness and I STOPPED being in a hurry and running. I've been tapping into specific kinds of lessons: the first is the lesson of the integration of the Shadow self using Jungian concepts, and the second is peering into the lens of the Black Moon Lilith. The first deals with the process of individuation, giving us a more authentic character with a greater deal of maturity. The second, Black Moon Lilith, allows us to understand how we feel rejected by the outside world, leading us to a more authentic life in the face of being perceived as" taboo". It is through facing this threat of being ostracised that we are allowed to live our full authentic life and produce the things that make us who we truly are. As a note, I have my Black Moon Lilith conjunct ascendant, my true Lilith in the 12th house conjunct Uranus, and my asteroid Lilith conjunct Venus. Yes I have much gratitude for the hard lessons I have learned with certain people and situations I had in my life. Boy did I look at myself so much more clearly and see all the hard work and overly giving and giving to these people that barely recognize you! Especially my stepdaughter who threw me under the bus with her narcissistic remarks last thanksgiving! I am done now! Yes she comes over with her family but now I just pay all my attention to her 2 year old son; barely talk directly with her and her husband as few words as possible. I did make it clear to my husband that I do deserve RESPECT and yes I totally changed but a part of me may now react to her if it happens again! I just won’t put up with this now and I will totally stand up for MYSELF!
