@Ojosraros23 I am going to go out on a limb here because I feel I am supposed to ask you some questions. I feel this is your hormones causing some of this stress. I suffered from panic/anxiety for decades! 3 triggers, a poor diet high in simple carbs, alcohol and lack of sleep. If your sleep is not of quality or quantity, your body will crave the energy that sweet/starchy foods provide, unfortunately there's a crash afterwards which makes things even worse. I feel bad for you, how old are you? I suffered the most in my late 20's and early 30's. Your body is telling you to take better care of yourself hence the panic feeling. If there are other things going on in your personal life, then it is vital you get your nutrition cleaned up. I found 10 to 15 minutes of guided meditation for anxiety really helped, there are a ton of freebies on youtube. I would sit in my car on my lunch hour, eat my lunch, meditate then walk outside for the remainder. I kept my thoughts positive and if you can, remember that those kids are only your responsibility while you are at work. Do your 8 and head for the gate! Start a walking routine after dinner, 15 minutes and that will help your digestion so you sleep better. Nothing to eat after dinner at least 3 hrs before bed. Your body will thank you and your panic will ease up. If it doesn't then you might need to see your family dr. I hope that helps I am sending you positive energy. 🙏🏼😊

That is SO wild! I'm a Sagittarius Sun/Venus and I am starting to build my own casita on April 15th. The fascinating thing is that I planned (lots of Virgo in my chart) to build this casita in mid April way back in November. What timing! I'm Scorpio rising so Saturn has been transiting my 4th house....and then I'll be in my second Saturn return and Saturn will move into my 5th for that. Which reading will be more accurate, though? The Scorpio or Sadge reading? All the Aries trines my Sadge - but because I'm Scorpio rising I know that the Aries planets are in my 6th, Taurus in my 7th and Pisces in my 4th but eventually in my 5th. Hmmm
