Hey Glen, don't you find that you get condensation in your mask after a short while. I land up with a pool of water at the bottom of the mask.

Thanks for this. It's easy just to ignore the dangers of inhalation of caustic substances, especially when you can't see them, and every reminders from people like yourself - out there doing it - is a responsible service to the public. Acquaintance of mine has 'pleural plaques' today from a very short spell of working with some asbestos about 50 years ago. Quick question, Glenn; foam earplugs then external ear protectors, too? Are the foam plugs not okay on their own? Cheers

Thank you ❤️ Hi I have 2 types of ear protection I use them both as I didn't want people to think it was ok to put ear defenders over there hoodies or hats The combination of the 2 give you around an extra 5 decibel I use the 2 kinds as I work for more than 2 hrs at a time at around 110db With both brings it down to around 74 110 dB with just ear plugs bring it down to around 81 Recommended to keep und 85 to 87 dB Ear plugs will work for short amounts of time

Hi. I've been watching a lot of your videos and they have great info... I was wondering on your opinion on what mix to use on old quarry tile floors... I've thought about NHL 3.5 for laying the quarry tiles (basically repairing some and installing some down. They have no Dpc and layed on earth. If I lay tiles on NHL 3.5 does it have to be just NHL 3.5 and water or is it sand asweĺl and what sand would you advise?Thank you

If it's just on earth you might be better of lifting the tiles putting a lime Crete floor down and doing it properly Or depending on what lime you are using contact the supplier and they will tell you what to use Always try and use a good quality NHL..3.5

@@GMTpointingspecialistsltd thank you. I think limecrete is good, but I still get confused by it, is it a company that pours it into your house or can you make it up yourself like in bags. I just see people pouring it from a halfpipe, and assume a company does it which I guess would be expensive.
