I'm a grandmother. Wanted to have a seat so that I can transport my grandson if needed. I got a first responders discount of 25% off AND Rakuten also gives a few bucks off. I basically got the seat for almost 100 less than listed price. It's super nice! Very pleased with purchase. There are some quirky things, but it's very safe! Its the same as MaxiCosi, in fact that is the parent company! The fabric is high end. The chest piece is magnetic. If you're looking for a good car seat, look no further! Love this one!

hi I took the car seat covers to machine watch but can figure out how to put it together. it comes with the wedge but not sure where it goes. im struggling

Not sure if it’s true but I heard somewhere that maxi cosi and safety 1st are like sister companies so maybe that’s why the 360 seats are so similar

They are! They are owned by the same brand DOREL so yes they share a lot of similarities :)

So can use this like those other ones with handles for carrying?

No it does not have any handles for carrying. In fact it is SO heavy, once you install it, you will not want to move it.

I'm having a really hard time rotating the seat. Is there something else besides the button on the front you need to do?

Anyone know where I can look to adjust the shoulder straps to the higher slot?

The handle on the head rest when you squeeze it you can raise it which will make the harness height taller. You also probably need to loosen the harness before you try to raise it up. Let me know if this is the clarification you are looking for. best of luck!

Same question I the head height is fine but I want to loosen the belt I can't do that ??

How do you adjust the straps

Typically you have to loosen the straps to adjust the head rest up and down and then once that is srt you tighten by pulling on the strap in between the child's legs. If you are having difficulty with this I would contact the Safety First Customer Service 1-800-544-1108
