Seriously these two - the funny thing is I really didn't ship them that much originally and it wasn't until like 2 months after The Winter Soldier that I realized I shipped them so freaking hard. It was like an epiphany.
Ok anyway, so ya, Stucky video - the general idea I had for this was that Steve and Bucky had always originally planned on spending they're life together, keeping each other safe. They both think that they would end up with each other after death, then Steve survives without Bucky (or so he thinks), and well Bucky can't remember anything, but like fate they find each other again. Bucky may not fully recognize Steve but he knows, can feel deep inside of him a connection. So they reunite finally after The Winter Soldier. At first they didn't realize they loved each other romantically because it was of course not accepted in the 40's, but after Steve helps Bucky find himself again, it becomes clear that they've loved each other since the beginning, and finally they can be together.
Woah, didn't mean to get that into detail... I have a lot of Stucky feelings.
