Two words: Good boy. How anyone can hurt these amazing animals is truly ignominious. Elephants have as much emotional depth as human beings and are far more loyal and kind. No words can describe my hostility and antipathy for anyone involved with killing these animals for their ivory. This is a species that went from like 1.5 mill to less than 250K in 5 years. Absolutely inexcusable and this genocide must stop. Immediately.

Putting more weight on the other one. That's how they listen for vibrations in the ground. The motion is the equivalent of your dog pricking up his ears.

CMWASC there are even plants called elephant ears as the shape of the leaf is shaped like an elephants ear.
