The Safari Tourist Train, which commenced its journey on April 21, 2024, aims to achieve multiple objectives. Firstly, it seeks to raise awareness among the general public about the services offered by Pakistan Railways, fostering trust and confidence in this iconic mode of transportation. Additionally, the Safari Train is designed to showcase new initiatives undertaken by Pakistan Railways while providing enjoyable experiences for passengers.
Our adventure begins as we board the train in Rawalpindi at 8:40am. From the moment we step on board, we're treated to a day packed with exciting activities and attractions.
Throughout the journey, passengers are treated to a variety of experiences, including delicious breakfast and lunch offerings, live music performances, captivating magic shows, and thrilling rides such as boating, horseback riding, and camel rides.
As we travel from Rawalpindi to Attock Khurd, we also have the opportunity to explore century-old railway stations, with highlights including the historic Golra Sharif and Attock Khurd Railway Stations.
With the clock ticking towards 5:40pm, our Safari Tourist Train adventure comes to an end, leaving us with cherished memories of a day well spent. Join us as we relive the excitement of our Safari Train journey and discover the beauty and charm of Pakistan's railways !

Attock khurd station k us par noshera mn hamara gaoon hy..is jaga agr hakumat ne thora buht kam kya to yakeen kry buht log aingy...abi b dur dur se log yaha aty hn..yaha tsvir share karne ka option nhe warna mn dakata k 14 august or dono eidon mn kitne log aty hn bawakood is k k yaha koe picnic ki koe sahulat nhe hy.

The ticket price is 2K along with 1.5K for food, so total price for economy class is 3.5K.

Overall arrangements were good. Food quality wasnt bad. The improvement area was the food serving mamagement. Moreover, they can improve their menu. We should appreciate such initiatives of govt with positive criticism.

Honest review is poor quality of food and very slow return to Rawalpindi ; the staff waste time and train stops at every stop on way back

Well the same didn't happen to us other than the food experience. Journey started by 8:40am and return was at 5:40pm (10 min fraction). As they are running the service on every Sunday and if it happened as per your experience, then PR should improve the service.
Bhikaristan main ek fashion hai ek hi train ka ek saal mai Kaibar inauguration hota hai or chuita usiko ko manakar khus ho jata hai.
