When a poor and lower Middle Class invest and thinks he will get something for his children and Society is still not giving possession after 8 years even NOT developing ""A"" Block then what will you do. I, think Property dealers are also responsible for this BECAUSE they are NOT pressuring Owners to develop and hand over earlier blocks to customers.
