    Mere last company me mai kafi lucky tha. Mera ek colleague bar bar tasks ko underestimate kr deta tha and deadlines 2 hours, 3 hours aise rkh deta tha. Vo kaam fast krta tha but usme fir bugs bhi aate the. To humara manager khud hi use bolta tha ki vo upar 1 week communicate krega time. Manager khta tha ki hum khud ko burn out na kre or humare kaam krne ke bad testing hogi, QA ke pas jayega, staging pe jayega and then finally prod me. To vo sara time mind me rkhte hue 1 week to lg jayega at leasta kaam complete krne me. It was amazing to work with him. Good person. Good human being.
