Why is this not longer...It's a blessing to be in the presence of Sadhguru.

am a person from Bihar, the most backward state of India. I speak Bhojpuri language, which is recognized within Hindi. According to the people of South Indian and other states of India, Bhojpuri is also Hindi language. I agree that we speak a dialect called Bhojpuri, but we (bhojpuri speakers) are very happy to speak it. In the same way, I also understand that no citizen of any province of India should be forced to learn any one language in any way. And Sadguru we also think that our food is better than malyai or tamil or telgu foods (depends on person choice) , I expect you to try to eat Sattu once.

I speak both Haryanvi and Punjabi languages, but some people thinks that Haryanvi is not a language but a dialect of Hindi. You can apply this rule to Punjabi also which is similar to Haryanvi but recognised as a language because it has its own script. So, I and nearly all Haryanvis recognise Haryanvi as a language not a dialect.

Sadguru Namaskaram . North is also has rich verities of food. In fact we north Indians have included whole south indian foods in our main cuisine. We also eat Dosa & Idly in breakfast, Rasam, multiple verities of vegetables etc. In north specially in Rajasthan & Gujrat you may find a lot of different cuisines in vegetable food specially. We prepare our food as per weather. No doubt weather is more harsh in North ans South is blessed in this regard and I want to say that We also don’t like Aalu that muchh😅. आपसे निवेदन है कि अगली बार आप उदयपुर ( राजस्थान ) पधारिए और यहाँ का ख़ाना चखिये। आपके आतिथ्य में हम कोई कमी नहीं रखेंगे। नमस्कारम 🙏🙏

You are right! I am a Tamilian who grew up in Delhi, and my wife is from Kerala. I have grown up eating North Indian (mostly Punjabi) food along with south Indian stuff which by the 70s was popular even in Delhi. South food like Idli, Idiyappam, Dosa are better health wise, the first 2 being steamed and not fried and last needing a little oil. That apart, I love North Indian stuff and we prepare it constantly at home. Sadhguru's Tamil is also very shaky even though he is a Tamilian. His English is fluent which makes me think he went to an expensive English medium school!

Such a beautiful start, I'm a born UP and my love for my south never reduces, specially Tamil Nadu, rameshwaram. We might have different genetic origins but indian nature of service and gratitude remains the same, principles of yoga is what connects us. This centrism has Indian origins and i thanks saurabhtop for taking it forward. 🤍🙏🏽

I love sadguru.... morning starts with his thoughts and teaching...but FOOD...we north Indians have variety and taste 😃

Of late i discovered that the type of food we are used to eat is the food we like.

South Indian food can never be better than North Indian food in terms of variety. His statement of only aaloo is wrong. Right statment should have been that aaloo can be mixed with most of the vegetables and that is why it is called as sabjiyo ka raja. Anyway He needs to explore more. But actual fact is south Indian food only about the rich rice and rice. Idli dosa. That's all.. Lack of vegetables and nowadays more dependent on Meats, checken and nonveg.

I'm a hindi speaker but I always found Dravidian language amazing and beautiful😍❤ even now I listen most of South Indian songs 😊.

@@sachinbharti6308 actually it was because of Maratha Empire... Maratha Empire was called as a door to Deccan(dakhan) south India... Marathas didn't let aurangazeb capture south India.

Tamil Nadu certainly has some divine aspects . Swamiji Vivekananda loved very much especially Tamil Youths. They are intelligent , diligent & innovative, He felt. Vivekananda also meditated on the Rock now called "Vivekananda Rock" and had a vision about India's glorious Future. However , We too not find South food very satisfying. We too from Bengal have a great range of Recipy. Yes! We enjoy the differences of food & language

Now Finnally I subscribed this channel just because LallanTop bring Sadguru at their platform.....

I agree with most of the things sadhguru says but when it comes to food specially vegetarian north is way above south. Indian food which is popular in western world is mostly north indian curry.

You are right but South foods especially the ones that need just steaming and not frying in oil are more healthy. Anyway this argument is redundant today given the fact that Idli, Dosa etc have become ubiquitous in North too! Indian restaurant in US mostly caters to North Indian food but that may be because Gujaratis, Punjabis are more enterprising when it comes to business than South Indians who are mostly into tech. You do find some South Indian restaurant here and there in New Jersey where i lived but are few and far between

Regarding food shadguru is true but our fooding varieties are according to weather condition.Its totally आयुर्वेदिक. Which I like most .what we eat in summer ,it's not in winter. In North Vegetables are more abundantly available which is absent in south states. In north Potato is so cheap so that it was main course of our food. I see lot of farming is doing on Mathura Belt. Presently I am in bangalore and I am realizing same what shadguru told. Firstly I thought in south everyone talking Rice in breakfast. But In Rice too many differences. Tomato rice ,lemon rice ,pulluogyre, Chitrana, pongal, Rice bath and many more and Taste are too different from other. I also visited Isha yoga center on 01Jan 2023 having Nice experience.

I agree and was surprised to see that he said things like these about North and South food. I am from Maharashtra but I get to differ with what Sadhguru said. I can say that south indian food is healthy but north indian food is equally tasty and good. In fact if you go any part of India you will find home cooked food healthy and very tasty. It is wrong to label any food better then yours. Surprised Sadhguru..

This is what we love about Aarvam and Lallantop altogether, they don't miss a clip, a interview or a story chance based on their shows and its genre whenever they go to meet someone. Waiting for some more brilliant minds from South India to make their debut in Aarvam. Who knows if someday I will be sitting their and talking about Jagannath culture from Odisha...

have had best friends from South. I love the people, food, culture and everything as much as I love them in north. I have lived for decade in mumbai, couple of years in bangalore. Worked with folks across all possible cultures from India.... our strength is diversity and not to harp on who is better. Love for south, east and west from North (Gurgaon). All are welcome here and every Indian is welcome everywhere

Should have been longer at leat 1 - 1.5 hours, even Sadguru in the news room, would be a fantastic chapter for all the human kinds watching lallantop

I have visited Kailash temple thrice to make me believe how dedicated, outstanding people were who made this wonder, three generations worked to finish the work. There was not a second chance to recitify any mistake but they have done with perfection.

Sadhguru has great knowledge but also has a South Indian bias. The terrain and food is also great in the north. I have heard him draw from Aryan Invasion theory in some other video as well. 😶

Linguistic similarity? How? Sanskrit is Indo-European stretching from western Europe to central Asia and North India. All languages in the north of India follow the same grammatical structure and similar scripts. Whereas, Tamil is completely distinct in terms of both scripts and language structures. The other Southern languages have varying degrees of Sanskrit influence in them, but still follow the Tamili script. It is beyond any doubt that the north Indian culture and language is more central asian and middle eastern than ancient Indian. You can attribute it to invasions if you want but that is an undeniable fact

@rog5asus416 the southern language are inspired from the ancient Indian script Brahmi and the vocabulary has Sanskrit words too. Not all Northern languages follow the same script. Check Odia and Assamese. Their scripts look different but again the vocabulary has many words from Sanskrit.

TRUE in south there are variety of foods ...however, in north ..specially in Village the vegetable rules...yes in city Aloo is predominantly used.

अलग अलग प्रकार फूल(भाषा,रंग,खान-पान,पहनावा, संगीत,खेल,मौसम आदि इत्यादि) गूंथकर भारत रूपि सुन्दर माला बनती है। ख़ूबसूरती भी इसी में है कि हम mutual respect करते हैं। हम देखने में अलग लग सकते हैं लेकिन अंदर से एक हैं। भाईचारा जिन्दाबाद, भारत जिन्दाबाद।

We all worship same dieties whether in South or north east or west. This we should remember and tell people

I am not agree with sadgurus... Comment on food of North india... Because I have been travel southern part... And we also think that southern people eat only rice rice and rice... Maybe we are wrong because we don't know much about southern food... We eat only idali dosa and vada all the time.. In lunch and dinner also... Similarly North is not about only potatoes and jeera... Northern part also have so many variety.... You just need to find..

Coimbatore food is good but not from whole south and even North have too much good enough food. I totally disagree with Sadhguru on this.

Mughal, Turks, and many more islamic invaders came through Punjab and the Britishers also focused mainly in North India. All the islamic invaders fought with North Indian kings. North India was busy fighting with the invaders that's why the South India has the liberty to maintain their peace and Dharma. The situation is far more different in North India.

I love sadguru but for food, I would just say that it's only in hotels or restaurants they sell potato poori largely but we have variety of foods, scrumptious food with diverse taste and it also varied from city to city even diverse culture in food can be seen in single district ...

"REQUEST" When will previous format will be back I thought this week would be coverage of real guru like siddeshwar swamiji who died lived simplest life his will states that there should be no samadhi or any monument he rejected padmashri he did not took anything from devotes such people were not covered in main media but i thought arvam would atleast cover in these times such personalities should be known to every persons.his last rites attend by lakhs of people just see the videos.

Good, but Respected Sadguru is not well informed about the variety of masalas in North India.

yesss,,,,this is correct that if they will come to know everything then they wilk come to south india. we are lucky thar we came here to Coimbatore and adopted this culture which is ancient and very close to God. Real india is south india. I am a pure punjabi and my family too but we want to live here in south for ever. Being a coimbatorian I have this gift of God, Sadhguru ji and off course The Isha. Thank God and Thanks to this culture.

अठारह मिनट पचपन सेकंड मे आरवम के महीनों के प्रयास पर पानी फेर दिया जग्गी बाबू ने वो तो भला हो अक्षिता का जिसने पूरी शालीनता से कार्यक्रम की गरिमा बनाए रखी हालांकी बहुत बड़ी बात होगी मगर निःसंदेह पूरे इंटरव्यू के दौरान अक्षिता का व्यक्तित्व जगदीश जी पर भारी पड़ा।

दझिण भारत के रेस्तरां होटलों मे जो खाना मिलता है वही खाना उनके रोजमर्रा का भोजन होता है जो उनके घरों में पकता है मगर उत्तर भारत मे जो खाना घरों में बनता है वह रेस्तरां होटलों मे (कुछ अपवाद को छोड़कर) नही मिलता है। हमारे लिए बाहर खाने का मतलब घर का खाना नही होता है इसलिए जब कोई दझिण भारतीय उत्तर भारत के रेस्तरां होटलों मे खाना खाता है तो उसे विविधता नही दिखती।

मैं उस क्षेत्र से हुँ जो अटल टनल के उत्तरी छोर पर है जिसे लाहुल स्पीत्ति कहते हैं.. हमारा क्षेत्र लद्दाख के साथ उत्तर में और दक्षिण पूर्व में कुल्लू मनाली का क्षेत्र के निकट है.. देखा जाए तो हम कर्नाटक, तमिलनाडु और आंध्र से सुदूर उत्तर में हैं.. फिर भी कहीं न कहीं.. दक्षिण के पौराणिक महाबली को हमारा समुदाय एक विशेष त्यौहार के दिन याद करता है और उनसे वरदान मांगता है.. महाबली अर्थात राजा बलि के नाम त्यौहार का नाम है बड़ीदानो त्यौहार.. मुझे नहीं पता यह संबंध कैसे सम्भव हुआ..?

But felt like Sadhguru and other South Indian Bros and sis thinks they have a better culture, food, entertainment etc etc they have and I agree for that but that doesn't mean other part of India doesn't have so.. I'm from Madhya Pradesh, I am in Bengaluru for last 6 years and I embraced kannadigas culture, Iga nānu ardha kannadiganagiddene, nanu kannada kalite.. but the way we respect, this culture same we expect from our South Indian brother and sister.. aur agar aap aalo ko le ke itna concern hai hm bhi to rice ko le k concern ho sakte h.. Differences may be there but love this show.

he doesnt come because he hates sadhguru and anybody who speak english, or talk about spirituality other than shastras , one reason is also that he supports BJP in center and Congress in Karnataka (sadhguru received support from Congress 's Sidhharamayya for rally for rivers in 2017)
