I'm 52 and can honestly say that she is far more talented than anybody today. Her music brings back so many memories. Good and bad. Learning experiences. Haunting...

I always thought this was the sleeper track on that album, really surprised how many hits it has, then again it's been many years since it was recorded. I always loved the space in this song, the spare arrangement, strings, horn, her fabulous voice and lyrics. One of my favorites of all her music...haunting.

They always seemed to stand apart for me and couldn't really be compared to anyone else's music. I've met tremendous fans and others who never understood their appeal, their first 4 albums are my favorites.
