Yh. I think you have to show depressed people what it's like to be happy and feel real good. This doesn't work so well with cancer, but you can give their rest of their lives a beautiful time so they are able to forget they have cancer for a while :)

I don’t have very many people that love me because of my sexuality and because I’ve been so tired of living that my life is in pieces and I’ve tried to kill my self 15 times and I’m only 12 years old...I scare everyone around me and it’s because I’m crazy and mentally insane.Not only that but I’ve bashed my head on 2 different walls and I hit my head for at least an hour before my friends stoped me,now I can’t speak as well I stutter most of the time and sometimes I forget what I did a few seconds before my head,heart,mind, and soul is dead and severely broken so that decision made my life worse so now I’m like a broken version of me.Its also been 2 weeks almost since I’ve stoped cutting so that was also a bad decision that’s only a part of my life today

Dear Emma, I've been through a lot since I was a kid. Between 2015 and 2018 I was in a pretty bad shape because of my depression/anxieties/ ocd ('s) and so on. I would like to help you personally, but the only thing I can do for you is to tell you to get yourself help. (Therapist/counselor) There are also good pages on youtube and instagram who may help you ( ig: @subconsciousthinkers @prince_ea @spiritual.elevation And so on KZread: Prince ea Psych2go Jordan Peterson (he is a therapist and prof in psychology) And I would also like to give you the advice to inform yourself about personal development, because it can really help you to get rid of things you may suffer from. (Personal development may be part of a therapy) Ps: Meditation and mindfulness also can help you to get more focused and overthink less. these things teach you to be present and don't think more about the oast/future. They also can teach you to become more calm. It all just needs time. NEVER BE AFRAID OF SEARCHING FOR HELP! YOU ARE NOT WEAK! YOU JUST HAVE TO REALISE THAT YOU NEED IT SO YOU CAN BECOME BETTER OVER TIME! I hope this will help you! If you ask yourself why I'm writing this. Like I said, I have been through a lot since I was a kid, and I want to lift up people, because no matter if they are part of my family or not, every person is special! Yeah. I told her my story to help her show her it's okay to be like that. Twice she ghosts me she is either afraid that I'm not real or that I'm exactly what she wanted and didn't want to mess it up. I only took her out on one date. Everyone says I'm crazy but we had something different like immediately. I felt safe, she felt relaxed. The only problem is I had some stuff going on at the time. I was not myself after the date. Not gonna lie I looked and acted completely badshit. We stopped talking for a few months during that time I basically fixed myself. Then all of a sudden I changed she noticed that change and that interest came back from her. I think she got it but it was to late she left for school. Honestly it was weird she made me super happy and had a ton of energy and she wasn't as quite she started talking more. We were good for each other. Right people wrong time I guess. Hopefully I see her again have a crazy feeling I will. I don't think this is how the story ends. But first gotta fight my own demons. Leaving a toxic household will make it a hell of alot easier. Like the weight off my shoulders omg.
