Precious Sylke Faya & loving,gentle mama Pjirkje I’m sad knowing that they will be leaving but comforted knowing that they will have a wonderful new home. Pjirkje is one of my favorites and she will always have a place in my heart though I wish all the beauties could stay forever it’s part of the business of course I know it is even harder for Elianne as Pjirkje is one of her beloved girls. I will definitely miss watching little Fairy grow up with her friends & I’m sure Uniek will miss her best friend & loyal lady in waiting. Love you Pjirkje & Sylke we will miss you both very much.💗💗😭😢

I was also tearing up writing my comment as both Pjirkje & her baby girl have earned a place in my heart forever so I’m feeling very sentimental & teary today,I’ve always been one who wears my heart on my sleeve. I think we are always sad when any of the horses have to be sold because we know they are so loved and well cared for by all at Stal G.

I am going to miss Pjirjke and Sylke Faya. She was becoming so special to me. I hope the new owners send lots of pictures and videos so we can keep an eye on them. I know they will have a wonderful home, but they will be missed! Lots of love to them both!

When I found out that Sylke Faya and her beautiful mom were sold, I just cried. She is my favorite filly and I did so want to see her grow up. I'm happy that they went to a good home in Denmark and I hope that the new owners will send updates from time to time. I know it's part of the business of breeders to sell horses now and then, but it is still hard to see our favorites go. I hope my other favorites Lianne and Mathilde are not sold. They are so beautiful and have great personalities.

Pjirkje and Sjirkje, such a great pair, and Sylke and Sanne. How sad that they’ll be separated... but ... that is stud life.

Will miss Sylke Faya and Pjirkje. Hopefully, you will receive videos of these precious horses every once in a while. I am so sorry about Barney, Yvonne. Prayers for you and the family. RIP sweet Barney.

Denmark is a wonderful place, so glad Pjirkje and her foal are not going very far away.

Perusing old videos to help Yvonne. Forgot how sad this one was, but I’m confident that Rein wouldn’t sell to anyone who wasn’t as passionate as he is about the care of the breed.

It’s sad to say goodbye to Pjirkje and Sylke Faya for several reasons. I loved seeing Pjirkje and Uniek as mature ladies together in the pasture and I was looking forward to see this year’s foals and mommy’s together outside. But we knew the selling of Pjirkje was coming and I’m thankful that she can go to Danmark together with Sylke Faya. They are so beautiful and precious and I wish the new owners love and cherish them as much as the caretakers of Stal Goengamieden and the Follow the Herd community does💖🐴🖤❤️🤍💙

Ik denk overigens wel dat de stal nog meer aandacht heeft gekregen (en misschien wel eenvoudiger kan verkopen) door dit KZread channel. De mensen zien dat er heel veel aandacht en zorg wordt besteed aan de paarden en dat de kans op een ‘kat in de zak’ erg klein is. Het heeft een hele positieve uitstraling.

Oh, I am so sad. I know it must happen sometimes, but Sylke Faya is my favorite of the foals so far. For some reason. And no more Pjirkje and Sjirkje in front of the cart! I loved how those two worked together, and their names rhyme, too. Pjirkje is such a sweetie -- but that's probably one reason why she was bought by someone. I'll miss her very much, and will miss seeing Sylke Faya grow up. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I'm sad, but not surprised. Stal Okkema did a very nice video clip on both of the mares and foals, and Sylke Faya really showed off that beautiful floating trot.

You're right; it was like lift-off. I sensed then, something would happen.

I was thinking how much we would enjoy 6 bundles of cuteness once the final foals were born. Now we must enjoy Sylkje for the short time she and her mother remain with us. It's sad but it is a business and you must earn money to run the business. It must be tough to live and work with these horses sometimes for years and then have to see them. I understand better now why the fans contributed to keep Uniek at the stable for Yvonne, and all the other employees.

OH NO!!! It is sad for us but wonderful for the new owners!! I would love to own a Fresian with a foal as well!! Thay also picked a beautiful mare with an equally beautiful filly!! CONGRATULATIONS Denmark!!! 🐎🏇🐴💕🎈🎊🎊

Hi Karen, very emotional. This video was March 30, 2021, so Pjirkje and her new foal, Sylkje Faya, must have already moved to Denmark. Oh, so happy it's Denmark, the highest score on the happiness scale along with the Netherlands. Called this one right; said Rein would sell Pjirkje and Sjirkje first. We know it's a brood-mare business, but still hard to say goodbye. Felt really good that Sylkje Faya goes with her mem to Denmark; they have each other and no rush to wean her. Guess Denmark quarantines the pair for 10 days? Maybe Sjirkje and Sanne will follow to Denmark? Somewhere nearby, Yvonne, so we can see videos. I know you're not going to get Uniek's foal go anywhere, right? She's yours, yes? Rinske, those baby clothes from Denmark are perfect for the new dance in Amerika called the "booty scooty." My 8-year-old was doing it in the front space of the grocery store and everyone stopped to watch, especially, me. These little kids have the moves. Like mother, like son, yes, Rinske? Your love for your signature horse, Richtsje, is so reciprocated by her. Many blessings!

I was born in the town in Hampshire that I still live in, my great granny was a Welsh redhead, although I only remember her with white hair and whiskers 😂😂 My mum says when I was little I never wanted to kiss her goodbye, one day she asked why I didn't want to kiss her and I replied " because your face is very prickly ! "😂 Oh yay...🙈🙊precious innocence.

Omg the cuteness factor here. The baby was so inquisitive and mom too like what is in that thing lol.

The Danes are good horsemen and women. I think they win international championships pretty often, so mum and daughter should have a nice home. 🙂🏡

I had a feeling something like this would happen! Pjirkje is one of my favorites, and I've loved watching her be a great mother to her Jonah Rein and Sylke Faya! I'm sure she and Sylke will be very happy in their new home, I hope you get pictures of them.

What a lovely gift from Benedikte. The muzzle massage is so cute to watch. Those muzzles are like hands for them. I could watch social interactions and mutual grooming for hours. Farms are being sold left and right here in the states. Not good. What kind of future is this world trying to create by getting rid of farms??? Think about it!!

@@jessicapabon2105 Yes, it's happening here in the southern mid-west. Smaller farms are being bought up and "factory-farmed" by conglomerates, and then we have "monoculture" crops. Which then seriously affects both our native bees, and the imported European honeybees as well. Sad days.

Rinske's presents (the baby grows) from Benedikte are absolutely gorgeous 😍😍! Pjirkje and Sjirkje were very interested in the contents of the box 😂😂. They obviously thought that there was food in it! It's definitely sad about Pjirkje and Sylke Faya leaving, but I'm almost certain that they'll have a loving home in Denmark 😭😊😭😊. Just wish that their new owners hadn't seen the for sale advert until after Sylke Faya has been weaned, so we could watch her grow up 😭😭. However, judging by the little clips I've seen on TikTok, I know that we'll be able to see loads of videos of Pjirkje and Sylke Faya before they head off on their next adventures 😍😍😍. Massive hugs to Yvonne and team, as I can imagine that it's hard for you when horses leave 💕💕💕! Fingers crossed that their new owners will be able to send updates on this gorgeous duo 😍😍😍.
