Bauke is more than a handyman! He’s a hero as well as a great husband & father! Stal H is very much, not only Yvonne’s dream, but a FAMILY farm where everyone learns & helps. A man who works with you and wants to literally help build your dream is worth EVERYTHING! (We can’t leave Rein, Stal G, Geertje & Faya out as being family, either, because they are also THERE giving support!!!) The yearlings look so little next to Risey & the other 2 year olds. Johnny loves the attention of being groomed. Sorry that 2 of the young mares are no longer carrying…better luck this year for them to have healthy foals! Uniek & Reintje have different body types, Reintje is longer lined while Uniek has a bit more of the “classic” build. Both are good representatives of the breed - large with beautiful heads, gorgeous manes, tails, & those FEATHERS! ❤❤❤

Bauke is a gem of a husband! He seems to be able to do everything - what a handyman!! Yvonne you are so blessed with Bauke for your husband.

Our lover boy Johnny is having a beauty therapy today He looks so handsome He does not need to be asked to test his favorite mares and put on his show The yearlings are beautiful especially Thekla the cuttie So Lianne is not in foal anymore neither is Ginny😢 Maybe next time Each time I see Risey I am still in awe with him he is stunning As for Stahl H everything seems to be going well thanks to Bauke and the boys who are there to help 😅😂

Bauke is incredible. He really can do everything. He and Yvonne have built just a lovely home especially nice to see the ships go by. So interesting! Sad that Lianne and Ginny are no longer pregnant. Johnny is wonderful, so good at his job. 😂

It's so cute when Rising Star let's Pieter know that Yvonne is his human mommy! Nice to see Johnny, our macho stallion. He knows the mares are in love with him! All the horses and ponies seem to be doing great!

It's not just that Bauke can do anything, it's that he actually does! As they say, he's the whole package. And his sense of humor makes him all the more loveable 🥰 He sure has become more at ease being on. camera. Teije is a wonderful helper. He sure saved Bauke a lot of work. 👍 The camera is a great idea. Maybe you should get one of those game trail. cameras to see how the wire keeps getting broken. 😄

Bauke is absolutely amazing! He reminds me of my father. The beauty of it is that your sons are learning to be just like him. My son is the same way because he learned from his grandfather. Passing the tradition on is wonderful!

It is so awesome to see Bauke training his sons as helpers. Teije was over joyed to help move the video cable. I am amazed at how really carefully Teije watches where he is walking. He is careful when stepping over things and, makes wise choices as to how high to lift up his feet when crossing over obstacles. I think that he is very observent so that he does not trip. Both of your boys have very good manners and get along well together. Yvonne, you have a wonderful, caring, family💕💕💕

Bauke is truly a handyman- love how Teije is helping him. The ladies a Stal H were very inquisitive while watching that ship go by. Great to see Risey & Johnny looked like he was enjoying his pamper session with Yvonne.

Bauke is very much a handyman. Teije is a good helper. Nice to see Uniek can share her stall with Saly, too; I remember the video where she and Reintje tried to share one. The walk probably helps Uniek learn more about her new environment, if she slows enough to take it in. The yearlings are all good looking. Johnny looked like he would shed hair if you'd just look at him, so much was coming off so easily. But I'm sure he enjoyed your efforts to help him and felt better after. So sad both Ginny and Lianne aren't in foal anymore. Both of Saly's daughters, no grandma Saly this year. Hopefully all goes well with the next pregnancy for both. Risey can still be possessive of you and dominant of Pieter. I liked how Uniek had to step forward looking at the ship after Reintje had; Saly of course waited until both of them had. You've shown big ships before but I didn't realize the canal was so large that 2 big ones could pass each other. All 3 mares are beauties. I like how you have the tallest and shortest from stal G at stal H and one in between; it helps me figure out who is who when they're moving around near each other, that and the manes.

09.30 Arizona time. Watching latest video now. Seeing all those gorgeous Friesian horses, Jonnie, and the ponies brings on my morning smile. Then... RISEY! So different, so beautiful, so vibrant. Like like a burst of pure, bright sunshine! He positively glows with a heavenly radiance. Yes, he's my favorite.

Bauke is a very good handyman. Both of the mares have great conformation. Loved how Uniek told Daisy, Glendy and Spidey she is the boss mare. Rising Star just wants Yvonne all for himself. The Friesians are intense in watching the ship going by. I am sorry the two mares did not give birth. There will be next year for foaling season.

What happened to Ginny and Lianne ‘s foals? Did they have early miscarriage? That is sad, expecially the friesian breed, so special and the foals are so desired. I am surprised to see the ships in the canal going by at Stal H. it must be so nice to see that every day.from Yvonne’’shome. The Fresians are so funny, watching the ships, trying to figure out if they are dangerous and will attack them. Uniek: “What is that, is is a big snake? it does not have legs and is slithering along in the pasture.”

The horses seem especially photogenic today! Thekla is so beautiful! She has her mother's delicate head. And seeing Reinjte and Uniek side by side was a lovely comparison. They are both gorgeous! Bauke is such a talented handyman! Anyone who can build stables, make arenas, and install cameras is a keeper, for sure! It is sad that Ginny and Lianne are not in foal as expected. I also thought Reinjte was in foal, but she is much too slim-looking!

Little Teije is the cutest thing ever! He always makes me smile. And yes, Bauke is very handy.

Bauke is very talented and he sure looks quite happy there. I am sure he's very relieved about you and happy to be enjoying things with you. Teije sure is a good little helper too!! Thekla has a "Queenly" look to her stance, the way she holds her head is so similar to Uniek. The three ladies are so beautiful. I keep wondering if you will end up with some stallions along with Risey. Maybe Wunder will start that off? Maybe he's too young to catch up with the big boys. Johnny is just so handsome and furry. Love his forelock and mane, either way - loose or braided. But braided we get to see his wonderful eyes more often. I am wondering if I misunderstood about Lianne - is she in heat and that's disappointing or not in heat yet? I should go back and watch that section. Uniek has her safe place there with you. That's actually quite good for the horses to have that sense of go-home, just in case. And those ships do raise some heads and ears. I liked how Uniek checked on the ponies. I'm wondering if/when they can be together. Spidey might be the exception? Oi vey, Spidey and Risey - uh, no. Living in Central Texas, we would go down to Port Aransas TX and we loved seeing the cargo ships way off in the Gulf of Mexico. Then they would slowly make their way up to an area where there is a canal. Sometimes, we'd go over to the canal and watch them or out on the Jetty built by a 1940's group, the name of which I cannot recall right now. You have an up-close view of them. Are they noisy engine-wise and/or blowing their horns often? Thanks for sharing your home life w/the mares and ponies, kids and husband, dogs and ships. And Stahl G. ❤ Speaking of which, will you be doing the work of artificial insemination of Ginny and/or Lianne? It's good to see you being more and more involved as you were before the accident. Yay!!❣

Bauke is a great handyman. And it's so cute that little Teije is learning from his dad and helping him. Also Bauke is a wonderful husband for helping Yvonne's dreams to come true of having the arena constructed outside and all the stalls built inside the barn to house more horses. Yvonne's family is inspirational!

Johnny is the sweetest stud horse I've ever seen! I realize he is a pony, but the nature of most stallions is the same; cocky and difficult to handle no matter how tame they are! Johnny appears to be the exception in that he is funny and loving no matter what!

Not every stallion is difficult to handle. If all their needs are met, like space to roam and preferably a companion or two, with the humane kind training, they are not more aggressive to humans, and shouldn't be to all horses either. When socilazied properly, they can hang out with a few geldings or stallions. It depends. The difference with stallions otherwise is just that you have to think of handling the specific situation of being near mares, especially in heat. Other than that there's not much differences. There are many stallions who are fine in temperament, I myself know one. He's a sensitive but friendly one in his stall and in the pasture. It's often poor management, like keeping them isolated from a young colt and in a stall for most of their time, that they can develop frustration from and become problematic. It's true for every horse.

So nice to see Yvonne relaxed and happy with her family working together, especially all boys! Uniek is not quite as delicate and refined as Reintje. She is taller and more powerful! So interesting to see Johnny in action! And the sweet mares... I think the ladies of Stal H love the brand new arena, the way they started playing right away! It is very beautiful!

I can’t praise Bauke enough. He’s a very capable handyman but most especially, he’s a supportive husband and patient father. Definitely a keeper!

The cleanliness of your stalls is very impressive! When my sister kept horses for us she made sure every " pee and poo" was cleaned out almost as soon as it was deposited! We always had a sweet smelling barn, and no sore feet!

How wonderful that Bauke can do so many things around the farm, home, barn, arena, and as husband and father! Next time he works so high up on the ladder though, perhaps you should place a few extra bales of straw underneath him in case he gets a bigger shock! 😂😂😂 Really, you are blessed to have a husband so devoted to work so hard on your dream! I pray that Bauke is adjusting well after your accident with the emotional turmoil he must have gone through, too! Look at all that you both have been blessed with after the accident! So much in this video! Bauke is an amazing handyman. He does so much for you, your family, and the horses. Johnny looks so handsome! The young ones are so beautiful too. Seeing how close you are to a shipping chanel is really cool. Seems like Unick still is trying to get used to new surroundings.

Yvonne your husband Bauke is so much more than handyman, he's a man that makes dreams come true. He teaches your boys how to do these things as well. The horses are very happy there at Stal H, Uniek gets to maintain lead mare position as it should be. I am glad of the cameras going in, because I am eager to see Saly's baby Wunder who we've seen tantalizing glimpses of but then poof I see him no more! It's been driving me crazy with anticipation. Because I have from the first time I started watching Follow the Herd always wanted more.😊 But besides wanting to see him, like everyone else I wait f😢or Reintja to have her foal. Thank You Bauke for being Yvonne's everything. And thanks for building her dream. Having the horses there probably keeps her closer to home 🏡 I suspect 😉.
