I understand why Grant says “ No free time” because even if it’s just 10 minutes of free time and say you play codm that 10 minutes will turn into hours. I have a similar idea “ use every waking minute for success habits” Because momentum is extremely powerful and hard to stop good or bad

When you give joy to other people, you get more joy in return.

I don’t think so you understand the effect these videos have. These are single handedly changing my life in real time.
