Another favorite. I loved hearing the music and learning more about ancient civilization. Those huge stones and the perfect alignment. LeAw Leave Everything and Wander take time to reorganize and rest. Find a safe serene place for at least a couple of weeks. You both deserve some time off after this incident. Perhaps Allie and Trent will join you again after their holiday? Don’t buy new equipment unless it is exactly what you want for the longer term. I hope this adventure continues and you can show us more of Italy after reaching Argentina. I am thinking of a trip to Italy for several weeks beginning in May. This last video was very professional in every way. P.S. Sara I notice your clothes in this last adventure are layered and you look so comfortable. I’d be interested in a video about clothing choices for women for these longer adventure days. Just use your phone. Big hug from Aunt Bev today.

Hey guys, was thinking about production quality while watching these last two in light of recent events and it reaffirmed my belief that you guys can really tell a story and make it fun while looking great. I tried to think of what equipment really mattered and what was maybe not so much. The section you did with the phone wishing us Merry Christmas was as well defined on delivery as the Lumix camera stuff, and the audio came through fine, so I have to conclude you can make decent first-person-view wide angle close scenes with the phone. That leaves more distant scenes from a first-person perspective, and of course the aerial perspective from the drone. You're getting some super great aerial scenes, it really helps tell the story, and it's kinda become your trademark so I'd say that's a critical component. Not to mention fighting the police for it. 😋 For distance shots and zooming, check this out: amazon.com/gp/product/B01A60SXSO/ref=as_li_tl There's a KZreadr who gets good stuff with it, you can check him out at JC Travel Stories. There's really no need to haul those big cameras around, calling attention like they do, when stealth is beneficial. The small benefit in very low light situations doesn't seem worth the risk of ostentatiousness. Those big mics with fat windscreens are unnecessary from a technical perspective; their main purpose is to lend an air of professionalism and seriousness to the holder - a form of calling attention hardly suitable to stealth operations. There are external mics which provide the pattern of choice (omni, cardioid, shotgun) in a much smaller and more discreet package. Till then, the internal mics do a reasonably fair job. You can learn to apply level adjustments, equalization, and compression to your audio clips as part of the editing process to continually improve your final product without the need to display all the attention grabbing expensive looking filming gear. I hope that helps. Be glad to talk more if you like. Be willing to fly down and carry gear to you if you cover the cost of transportation and the gear, and put me up while there. Feliz año nuevo - cheers! 🍻
Those huge smooth perfect stone blocks were made a very ancient civilization that predated the Inca. If you look above them you will the Inca work that was added.
Maybe the water was much higher when they built high & as it receded they moved lower. Obviously they always needed the water to cultivate & I doubt they were w hiking up & down to get water when they could build close to it.
