2018 2 days before Christmas.. My brother was admitted to hospital with uric acid n was on final stage... church announced everyone to pray 🙏 finally one of our near once came with novena pray to scared heart of Jesus.. N every one pray...next day of Christmas he got a new life Sacred heart of Jesus Christ is powerful 🙏.. Thank you Jesus love u Jesus praise u Jesus 🙏

Please God help me to understand what it means to be devoted to thy Sacred Heart. My mind is small and weak and I am unable to understand. Give me the grace of understanding. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on me. Amen

The devotion to the Sacred Heart (also known as the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Sacratissimum Cor Iesu in Latin) is one of the most widely practiced and well-known Roman Catholic devotions, taking Jesus Christ's physical heart as the representation of his divine love for humanity. Thank you Fr. For truth and reminding us of JESUS MOST HOLY SACRED HEART. TO ME THIS HEART OF LOVE IS THE SAME AS JESUS IN THE EUCHARIST. I KNOW HIS MOST HOLY SACRED HEART IS BEATING HIDDEN BEHIND THAT VEIL. HE SEES ME, I SEE HIM. THERE HE IS WITH OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, FULL OF BURNING LOVE FOR HIS CHILDREN. Jesus did not resist the cup of sacrifice for an instant because of His coming pain but because He had seen what sufferings we would suffer because of His truth released by His death and resurrection. Jesus never took or asked anything for Himself.

Yet its difficult to understand if God lets suffering confront us. What is the real equation? God loves us as a true father. He said who is the father if his child asks for food put in his hand a snake! How much more does your heavenly father....... I believe it's sin that brings suffering. Even Jesus suffered to free us from sin. God is love.

Never heard this. The Divine Mercy is approved by the Church and its Feast is celebrated a week after Easter. Whilst the Sacred Heart and Divine Mercy seem at first to be similar, I think the infinite depths of God's Mercy and infinite heights of His Majesty means that an infinity of time is still not enough to comprehend God in these aspects of His great love for us.

Jer Cole It was approved and promoted by JPII while claiming there was a misunderstansing of the text, but it had been condemned by the Holy Office in 1959. It's been pointed out how similar it is to the Sacred Heart Devotion, but without Jesus's heart. This of course draws suspiscion. Whatever conclusion you come to, be aware that although there are big promises with the DM, it does not carry any indulgences from the church as far as I've seen in the Enchiridion. Alternatively, the rosary does. Moreover, those in a state of grace can apply the pleniary indulgence from the rosary to the deceased in purgatory. In other words, you get more bang for your buck. Divine Mercy is as beautiful as the Sacred Heart. In fact, we can say it is the fulfillment of the Sacred Heart Devotion which is his Mercy.

Do we have to also confess on the first Fridays? I only confessed on the first Saturdays? Stein said Jesus also asked for confession on the first Fridays.

in the last part you said that those who do have a devotion to the Sacred Heart in their last moments will be given graced, but those who do not have the Devotion will not be given the grace of repentance, is this a bit saying that it is not man who chooses to repent, but the will to repent, (and to do many other holy things) comes as a gift from God. Doesn't this eliminate free will?

Most Sacred heart of Jesus, Have mercy on us. In this modern and crazy and chaotic world that we live in. Pope Francis has declared the blessing of same gender marriages which I find appalling and disturbing and I sincerely hope and pray that Pope Francis will wake up and see the error of his ways and repent and hopefully his college of cardinals will do the same.

There is no salvation outside the Catholic Church! Repent and become Catholic before its too late!

What about the hands.. they were pierced.. shouldn't there be scared hands of Jesus.. why would you divide a person's body parts and worship.. this is meaningless.. Worship Jesus who is seated at the right hand of God as a whole and welcome HIM into your heart and you will be saved and have a new life.. whoever is in Christ is made new.. old is gone.... the bible says " my people are perishing due to lack of knowledge"

His Sacred Heart is used precisely because this organ is thought of as the origin of love. Where the hands are not, people can relate. It's also very good to adore His Sacred Hands. We Adore God in all of His Being!

No part of the body operates on it's own. God is the Author. And if He wants us to love his heart, in this devotion, then we do. There could well be a devotion, later in history, where He would like His Divine eyes be adored. And we will, because we love Him. All of Him

Catholics do not believe in Sola Scriptora. We believe that God can reveal Himself anyway He wants. And if this is through a mere human, like Mary Margaret Alacoque, than so be it. DEVOTION TO THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS AND MARY IS A CATHOLIC DEVOTION, merely because it is the One, Holy, Universal and Apostolic Church, started by Christ Himself. Only after thousands of years of a Catholic world, did mere man decide they "knew better " than God, and broke away from the one Church that Jesus set up, until the end of time.
