If your not good enough claim the industry is racist or sexist instead of working harder.....
Are we still on the content of character thing, or is that all gone?
Better lower the standards so people who can't save lives can say they are firefighters... come on San Francisco did it, who cares if they can't do the job, diversity is more important.
