You already know that I'll never use watermarks or audiomarks on original audios and videos. There are some people who immediately extract the videos as soon as they are uploaded here and post them in their social media groups with their fake ids (the ids they use to regularly praise themselves lol) as if it is their own work. When this is done so immediately, viewers will not have the chance to know who copied who. I have watermarked this video only to prevent this video from getting copied immediately (that too since the enhancement of pics was my own work). I don't have problem sharing the pics or video without any watermarks later on. I do not seek credits for anything, but at the same time don't want such copyists to take credit from my work. Still, I always stand by my word of not watermarking any original audios or videos, the exception here was only for the pics I have worked on.

Last month as well when you uploaded Man Kunto Maula... it was uploaded by someone without crediting you... which is truly sad. But I truly appreciate your commendable work and admire your unwavering dedication to the Sabri Brothers.

@FlowerofEden It looks like my words about watermarks were not expressed properly and appeared little rude. I am sorry if that made you feel offended. I didn't think much about the reasons and only meant to ask for a clean video of which you mentioned last month. It is absolutely correct step to prevent your videos from getting copied.

I am not in favour of adding watermarks as far as original audios and videos are concerned even if they get copied, because they are not any one individual's property even if it is in someone's collection and I don' t want to spoil anything that is original. I have watermarked this video only from getting copied immediately, that too since the images were the ones I worked upon. It is more for prevention of copying immediately rather than for any credits. To tell the truth, the original images (except for a handful ones) credit goes to respective owners as they were obtained publicly, mostly shared by the family members of these legends and everyone knows that fact. My work was just about enhancing them as the pic qualities were not good. My last video was taken from NRK tv website and I have clearly mentioned that fact along with the links. It was put on their website on 11 august and I shared it after 3-4 days. Since, it was Norway tv with no niche audience for Urdu qawwalies, it is more helpful to them to get better hits when shared with interested audience here quoting their links. There's difference in researching and finding and then sharing things in comparison to just copying from others' work. These people extract the video and upload at other places mainly to hijack the views from here, because it is the views of first one or two days that make or break a video. That's the reason you see that extracted videos are posted in such groups for others' uploads but when it comes to their own fresh uploads, the youtube links are provided. It doesn't matter if these videos are posted on social media groups after some time, but when it is done immediately, the original uploader becomes the loser. Moreover, it would not be clear about who copied who as no one bothers to check the timings of uploads. It is not only me that face these things, I frequently see that old deleted videos or videos with very few views of others are copied and re-uploaded on youtube by these people mentioning them as from their own collections. It's not only the matter of videos, I faced the same problem for info on my website that I researched so much, some pics and clips that i posted in some groups and so on. So this problem is there for everyone everywhere and we have to tackle it in our own way or just let it go or stop sharing things.
