@@MayaVenice actually in this case it is wrong to want to lose weight. She is very thin, works out a lot and barely eats anyway and still wants to be thinner… this is how disordered eating starts. If she was overweight or a bit on the bigger side of the normal bmi, I would agree with you but in this case, absolutely not!

Never feel like you have to lose weight to wear certain types of clothes!! You are stunning. it doesn't matter if you have stretch marks, need a bigger size or have a bit of chub, all body types are beautiful. You don't need a flat stomach to wear tight fitting clothes or low rise pants, in the same way you don't need a big chest to wear a nice dress. Humans come in all shapes and sizes. People may tell you that some bodies are more appealing than others, but at the end of the day all that matters is that your heart is still beating. (If you want to lose weight, thats ok too! But never feel pressured to do so, as it can become unhealthy. always remember to eat three meals a day and drink lots of water

I need to say this to Sabre, getting acne/pimples is so normal. Just reminding you because having acne/pimples can be such a confidence-destroyer sometimes, especially if you feel bad in yourself. You rock it! You look as gorgeous as always. Just make sure you keep hydrated and tie your hair up if exercising! Ahaha, love you lots stunner!

We all need to take a moment to look at how beautiful sabre really is, how beautiful every norris nut is and how beautiful everyone in the world is accept who you are and never change for anyone. You are perfect just how you are !

One thing to keep in mind when it comes to low rise pants is they came in to fashion in a time where the ideal body figure was stick thin and it contributed to huge body image issues for many girls. You have a beautiful body (although are fully entitled to change it how you want as long as you do it in a healthy way) but don't fall for the same traps I did thinking that because I didn't fit a trend designed for mostly one body type my body was not beautiful because that is not true! I am obsessed with the pants though - they look great on you :)))

Sabre you are literally the most gorgeous NN❤️ Body weight doesn’t define you & you don’t need to change anything about you. Your literally perfect the way YOU are! Just because you see a skinny, thin figure on Tiktok or online, doesn’t mean they are perfect. Everyone has different kinds of bodies & all of them are beautiful, & the not only the skinny, thin ones are the most beautiful. You are so pretty & smart & I love your sense of fashion. And I really hope you see how beautiful & talented you are.💜💖

You’re awesome the way you are, Sabre! If I could recommend a little trick for makeup - prime your face well and then add in concealer in certain areas you’d like to even out a bit and blend well with a brush. But try to get as close as you can to your skin color! The tricky thing about foundation and using your fingers is that it requires more time to blend into your face all over your face well and set. I could see the areas that you didn’t cover with foundation 😅 bb/cc cream can also help as well! It’s lightweight and so much easier to apply like lotion!

You don’t need to lose weight Sabre you are beautiful just the way you are❤️. You are gorgeous just the way you are and we all love you. Your body is like that because of how much you work out and I couldn’t imagine being as hard working as you. It’s normal and fine for teens to gain weight during puberty so even if you feel bad about it, just know everyone else goes through it too ❤️❤️❤️❤️. WE LOVE YOU ALL SOOOOO MUCH SABRE. I’ve been watching Norris nuts since 2018ish and it’s amazing how stunning all of the Norris nuts are, especially Sabre. I remember Sabre being around 14ish (I’m not exactly sure the age I just kinda did the math) and it amazes me how grown up and pretty she has become. I also definitely think Sabre doesn’t have to lose any weight and she’s beautiful the way she is. But if she really wants to lose the weight, just remember to please do it the healthy way and remember to take breaks.

hey sabe! the blue top and the black cargos are stunning, but they're two different aesthetics put together, so unfortunately they don't go together :( . the blue top would go really well with a pair of white flared jeans as that would be more of the 90's diva style. the cargos go perfect with the white top but maybe change the shoes to white or black converse high tops and add a racer jacket to throw over you're shoulders! That Is so not nice of you. The Norris Nuts don't care about the money they care about our feelings and how or day was and make sure we are loved by them. So please don't say that how they get money. My heart completely shutters when i hear you say your ugly and stuff. It’s okay and normal to feel ugly, but please remember us legends our here and always feel comfortable expressing yourself to us legends at anytime!!

I went through the same thing, feeling insecure about my weight and trying to change it, but it just became unhealthy and I got extremely sick. Don’t let yourself believe only certain body types can wear certain things, love your body for the way it is and take pride in that. Teens, especially girls can end up with eating disorders from thinking that way and please trust me when I say it’s the hardest thing I’ve had to deal with. I care for your health and please make sure that you’re losing weight in a healthy way, and don’t let it take over your life. Sending all my love to you and your family

Brooke, As a mom of three girls who all watch the Norris Nuts, I have never been anything more than supportive of this family. I love your energy and your loving nature, and this is why I continue to let my girls watch the Norris Nuts. However, my oldest daughter recently approached me saying that she needed to lose weight. I was surprised because I have never heard her talk about her weight before, let alone have a problem with her weight. I have raised them in a household that does not glorify certain beauty standards (such as being thin), as when I was younger I struggled with body image issues and disordered eating. When I asked her where this came from, she replied that Sabre had said that she wanted to lose weight. Once again, I was surprised because every time I have seen Sabre in passing while my girls watch the Norris Nuts, even the fleeting thought of her needing to lose weight never even crossed my mind. My daughter showed me the video and I was concerned, not only for Sabre's indication that she is losing weight secretly but also because my girls look up to all the Norris Nuts and my oldest thought that if her role model wanted to lose weight then she should too. Brooke, this is coming from a mom's heart who doesn't want to see her babies go through the same thing that she went through. Sabre is beautiful, and if she wants to lose weight, that is not my business. However, posting videos online claiming that she wants to lose weight so she can wear more low-rise things and that she doesn't like the way she looks, breaks my heart. As a mom who just had to deal with a child obsessing over their weight over a KZread video, I would be more careful about the things you allow your children to post online to an impressionable audience. Speaking of weight and weight loss is a triggering subject for many, and if not properly indicated that a triggering subject could be discussed in the video, it is being seen by many who may not have been prepared. I am still a supporter of the Norris Nuts family, and my girls will always be your fans, however, this one video was one that I do have to criticize. Thank you for taking the time to read this. honestly, i think brooke is pushing unhealthy standards on to them. using food as punishment is not normal, these kids don’t even get proper meals. as someone who also struggles with an ed, i’d be careful letting your kids watch them. also!!! i’m not at all trying to tell you how to parent, just pointing out some things i’ve noticed

Secondly, I was unaware of the other aspects you added as my girls have never mentioned them. I will definitely look into this. Thank you so much for looking out for my girls, Mackenzie. @@susannevidder1593 Wow, I’m so sorry! Right when I heard Sabre saying that in the video I knew stuff like this would happen with a lot of her fans feeling they needed to lose weight too. It angered me SO much that they kept that in there when this is a family channel and Sabre doesn’t even need to lose weight at all, she’s pretty thin. I’m so glad your daughter told you this though and that you took this seriously and talked to her and that you wrote this comment. You sound like an amazing mother. It saddens me to think some of her other fans may not tell their mom they are trying to lose weight like Sabre or they may tell her and the mom not handle it like you did 😔 I truly feel like this particular video is going to cause a lot of crash dieting and even eating disorders all because of something Sabre said. If she wants to lose weight she should keep that to herself, not broadcast it to her young impressionable audience. The Norris Nuts are role models to kids and kids want to immulate them. I used to have anorexia as a teen, even though I’m pretty much recovered, it completely changed my life and I have never been the same. I am terrified others will experience what I did all because of what she said in this video. I know being a teen is really hard and all teens are insecure but the Norris Nuts really need to think about their audience and the messages they are sending out. I really wish Brooke could see this comment, but idk if she will since they get so many comments 😔 Theres been other times in their videos too where Sabre has said things like I’m ugly, or I saw this really skinny girl and it made me jealous, I hate my hair, I wish I was petite, I hate my eyelashes, etc. Sabre seems very insecure and I always thought from the very first video I watched of them that she would probably end up developing an eating disorder. Like when they were kids she was obsessed with food and her biggest dream was to go to a buffet, I feel thats not normal. It made me feel the parents really restricted the kids food. And then I heard someone say that as a punishment Brooke says they can only eat fruit for breakfast. I don’t know if thats true or not, but if it is thats not okay! Food should NEVER be used as a form of punishment, that can lead to the child associating bad thoughts to food and can lead to eating disorders. Sabre has also mentioned in numerous vlogs how she works out every morning for two hours! I don’t think thats healthy, especially for a growing teen, and that too may send an unhealthy message to her young fans. And in old vlogs the kids used to make fun of Justin’s weight, they would call him names and say he was fat and that he ate too much, and he wasn’t even that big either. He looked normal to me. Its just a terrible message they are sending out. And theres been other things besides just the body image and food stuff thats concerning. Theres been numerous times Biggy has cried on camera saying he feels everyone hates him and that he feels he’s the least favorite. So it really sounds like Biggy has extremely low self esteem as well. Its sad for a child to think that everyone hates them. Thats not normal. I wish Brooke and Justin would get these kids therapy. And maybe they have, idk. But especially with them being in the public eye and working as much as they do, which I’m sure can be really stressful for them, I just feel the parents need to really look after their kids mental health and they also need to have a talk with them about what they’re putting online and how it can effect kids or at least double check whats being said in the videos and edit anything inappropriate out.

Please please please Sabre don’t try to lose weight I fell in that trap and kept going and going and eventually became anorexic it’s really not healthy for a teenager to be doing that live you’re life and when your older if you really think your gaining a lot of weight you can go on diets that aren’t to restrictive or go on KZread to meal plan if you feel like your binge eating

Sabre DOES NOT need to lose weight. Brooke and Justin should definitely talk to her about that instead of letting her post about her wanting to lose weight. It’s really unhealthy for a girl her age to think that, and those thoughts can lead to really bad things like eating disorders. I hope that the parents can talk to her so she can realize that she is perfect no matter what her weight is.

I agree, especially because Sabre is a teen and she’s not even fat or overweight, she’s a healthy weight, on the smaller side, so no teen her size should be losing weight! this is setting a really bad example and message to her young fans since its not exactly healthy and can lead to eating disorders.

I am happy to see other people in the comments addressing what I had thought as well. I had to comment a paragraph on this video addressing Brooke because my three little girls (aged 6, 8, and 9) watch every Norris Nuts video. After my oldest came up to me to discuss that she needed to lose weight, I was horrified, as I grew up with a horrible body image and a trend of disordered eating. After she revealed it was because Sabre wanted to lose weight so she thought she had to too, I had to watch the video myself. The indication that Sabre is trying to lose weight secretly, honestly, scares me, as a mom. I'm very glad to see other people addressing what I also commented on. This video (advertised to a young audience, I should add!) should not be praised. As much as my girls love the Norris Nuts, I had to have a sit-down talk with them about how, in this certain aspect, Sabre is not a good role model for them.

I don’t really understand why she would want to do it in secret tho - so her parents won’t find out? And doesn’t that class as an ED if u are losing weight when ur very skinny anyway?

I just want you, Sabre, to know that you are perfect the way you are. You don't have to really lose weight. You're already skinny. I sometimes do get insecure about my weight but I tell myself that why do I need to lose weight? I'm okay just the way I am. I don't wanna impress other people or please other people. I just wish and hope that in the future, Sabre will finally be content and happy the way she is. Edit: I'll only lose weight if I need too though. If a doctor tells me too or something like that.
