How is it possible to have a specific conversation about a "legal/lawful" issue (REPARATIONS), that is outlined in an international agreements, when you do not want to address who are, and those who are NOT, eligible recipients? Whenever a "nation-state" suffers an/any injustice(s) IAW treaties, or conventions, the understood agreements have clearly defined the manner in which the nation that caused the harm is responsible to REPAIR OR MAKE WHOLE the nation that was harmed. A group of "non-defined people", are (by these written agreements) NOT specifically mentioned - or eligible - for the resources that are intended to "repair a nation". This is very simple to comprehend for anyone who approaches the issue - minus their emotional behavior and mindsets entering into the equation and merely utilizing their reasonable decision-making abilities. In my opinion, a monetary restitution, can only be remitted IAW what is determined by the same written documents of justice that we look to - when determining the way we'll impose judgments in any legal matters that require a restitution of lumpsum payouts or annuities. The Treaty of Versailles, and the Geneva Convention, documents both have structured the specific manner that outlines who is eligible, whenever there is a harm to the nation-state that has suffered from another nation-state that is clearly guilty of causing the harm. The radio show host refuses to acknowledge that the germaine issue is a legal matter - established by these written agreements. lAW the "organic standard", agreements - gold and silver are the only mediums of exchange that should be used to satisfy debts. It is written in the Constitution (Article 1, Section 10), and we've deviated so far from this agreement, and weve been led down the path of ignorance... by accepting what is being given - debt notes, that are backed by nothing that only serves to benefit the IMF, and the UNITED STATES CORPORATION called the Treasury. Until, or unless, we revisit the organic agreement(s), any so-called monetary issuance will simply be another (new) WELFARE program that gives the pretense of restitution without the establishment of turning over power and control of the land, and how it's owned by the Indigenous descendants (heirs) who are the rightfully entitled recipients to the pass down of the lands of their precolonial ancestors.
