* The Umkhonto Wesizwe party is adamant that its members will still descend upon the ANC's headquarters in Johannesburg tomorrow.
This, it says is to support former ANC President, Jacob Zuma.

Zuma is facing two charges with the party claiming that he has been in breach of its Constitution.
This after he publicly endorsed and campaigned for the MK party.
* The City of Johannesburg and its entities are liable for the deaths of 77 people who died in a blaze in the Usindiso building last August.
That's the finding of the Khampepe Commission of Inquiry, which presided over hearings into the tragedy. Justice Sisi Khampepe released her report yesterday which found that the City had violated its own bylaws.
The report recommends that the City of Johannesburg hold an internal inquiry to pin-point all the individuals who failed in carrying out their duties.
Many of the 77 victims were foreign nationals.
