This song tells the story about The Battle of Brittain during world war 2. A battle between German and British pilots. The british forces were small in numbers so the 303th Polish air division, 310th Czechoslovakian division and the 401th Canadian division, were a few of the many division, the british assigned into the airforce to defend the British islands. These divisions played a giant role into the air defence of Brittain.
Sorry for some of the video clips. Something went wrong and it couldn't be fixed. Won't happen again in the future hopefully. :)

It is such an honour for the Brits had so many young men of so many nations fight for tghem in the sky, Cyech, Canadian, even American, but especially the Polish pilots, they were heroes like we cannot compare, Their descendents still live in that country. We must all be glad we have not had to live through such times. The video is awesome. Sabaton is forever a great teacher of history to all of us,

And at the end, Churchill sold them all to the Russians and the squadron 303 wasn't allowed to participate in any parades. Such a shame.

The Winged Hussars (Polish pilots) and Czechs were more feared than the British pilots. Whereas British pilots fought to destroy the enemy's plane, the Polish fought to kill the German pilot. I read a story earlier where eight pilots from the 303rd were flying a patrol when they came across a German recon aircraft, which usually didn't have weapons. All eight Polish pilots fired on the aircraft until one hit the left wing and tore it off, and then they still continued to fire until they knew the pilot was dead.

@@grzeggor2751 unfortunately that generation is almost gone. I grew up near an old pole. To say he hated the Germans and Communists is an understatement. Such deep hatred can only come from much violence and death perpetrated by the Germans against the Poles.
Polish 303 squadron. "RF" code on side of fuselage. 126 kills
Polish 303 was the highest scoring squadron in BoB, and they got a late start.

There's a lot more to it, like the fact they fought too aggressively and would take unreasonable risks in combat, but it's understandable why.
You can tell when they show the American movie cuz *Shaky cam intensify*

Haha. The scene is from the shortmovie The German. He does not crash in the spin. I suggest watching it. It is great!

The best American ace(Charlie Bong) got 40 kills I think and the best Luftwaffe ace(Erich Hartmann) was credited with 352 kills

My only problem with this song has always been that Sabaton overlooked America's contribution in it. The Eagle Squadron was the American Volunteer squadron.
