hello sir, i am searching for a tyre set to upgrade (up size) stock tyre 205 65/r16 of kia sletos. what is your opinion on 225 60/r16? Dose this size available in continental?

Hello You can maximum upgrade your stock tyres i.e 205/65R16 to 215/60R16 UC6 or 215/65R16 CCLX2 it will lift your vehicle also from touching the ground level both the sizes are available in continental

225/60R16 is very odd size if in any emergency you can’t get this tyre in market so for that size which is easily available in each and every part of country go for 215/60R16 my recommended size and further upgrade is 215/65R16 You can get this tyre once fitted and check weather it does not touches the fender line You can check both before installation

If your vehicle is run above 100000 kms then you should go for GOODYEAR as it’s claim policy is very good instantly you will get new tyre and if you have more budget there is a new model in continental I.e UC6 165/80R14 go for that

Sir I am in market to buy tyres for xuv 500 confused between Yoko G015 and CCLX online review shows yoko handles pot holes better and broken roads but rosd noise is more in G015 My question is does the CCLX also glides over pot holes is the compound soft ?

@@YOUTYRES Sirji thanks for the reply Can you confirm if these can provide a comfort ride i.e can glide over sudden pothole like the Yoko G015 ? I drove a Yoko G015 on Xuv500 the flyover strips could not be felt in cabin Can this tyres provide similar comfort ?

Yes , Sure you can do a lit more Off roading as compare to compitative brands as continental tyre is made up with 5 steel belt compare to another brands 3or 4 which give you more confidence on or off the road
