Hello sir...i am finding it difficult to strum and chuck in rhythm...i can get up quickly after the down xhuck stroke...sometimes my pick just comes off my hand ...sometimes i hit the string by hand and injure myself....amd everytime i hit my last string vigoursly while xoming up after the down stroke...please reply and tell me solution if any🙏🙏
