A greatly positive and perspective shifting conversation with David Gandy. The ultimate contradiction of men's mental health opportunities. "You can cry, but not too much because that's not so masculine" Such an interesting response from David about men listening more. Understanding that you can make sure to open the lines of communication for listening just as much as talking more.

Such a great podcast well done. David has always been my favourite model and great to see I was right he is down to earth and a legend.. Anxiety can be crippling but with the right friends, family, and others talking helps and the outdoors Great work 😊
