What play-style is more efficient

I think being slightly more aggressive in this style is more efficient, its causes less issues and less mental changes between passiveness and aggression. It keeps a better flow both mentally and physically that doesn't waste energy and creates less bad positions in the late game.
S2G quiet and could be very deadly
