I love how it's not just that he can tinker with the tech but his nose somehow has the ability to instantly fix anything it touches. The bit in the beginning with the six arms was pretty funny but I love when a bit can be hilarious whilst also having a positive outcome.

I like how they don't just have the awkward realistic conversation. The show doesn't stop to point this out and have a moment of understanding for Alan, either, it's just there for people to pick up on if they're paying a bit of attention. Details like that in shows and movies are the kind of stuff I absolutely love.

I like that they had the six armed employee be unnecessarily hostile. When people think retail they usually think the employee dealing with the rude customer, instead of a customer dealing with a rude employee. Not trying to sound like a “Karen apologist” but that is definitely a real thing.
