Nice video again. I like both of you guys’ videos, MDLR fishing and RX Angler and it is very nice that you share these moments together. Both of you are interesting to watch individually, but when you are together as friends and sharing it with us, it’s even better.

Whiting is best when caught during the winter months in cold water. One of the sweetest tasting fish in the surf. I like to dice the fillet, batter the pieces, then fry it up. It makes some of the greatest fish tacos.

Hey Mark! I really enjoyed this video! I hope to see more Gulf Coast campsite catch and cook videos from you soon. I love that you caught the fish right from the beach and cooked them on the tailgate. I love that I can hear the seagulls and beach sounds in your video!!! So many videos out there over use music, I love that you don't! I would love to see a video of you camping on the beach over night, catch and cook of course. How about a fresh blue crab catch and cook? You're my favorite gulf coast youtuber to watch! Keep 'em coming and I'll be eagerly awaiting your next beach video ❤❤❤

Mark nice video, Whiting is really good fried, remember to put a little olive oil in your hot skillet then the butter, your butter won’t burn. Another thing don’t use a plastic utensil on your nice iron skillet, the skillet will pull the chemicals in the plastic and your skillet will start putting the plastic chemicals taste into your food. Mark, up your game learn Wade fishing, and salt water Fly fishing . It will open up your subscriber population. Tight lines ✌️

Enjoy your channel and content, Mark, but I have to be that guy and point out that that is _not_ how you blacken fish. Coat cold fillets with butter, followed by so much seasoning you can't see fish underneath. Then give the butter time to congeal before placing on an non-oiled, gray-hot cast iron skillet. It will smoke like crazy, but you're outside so who cares? After cooking, a squeeze of lemon and drizzle of Tabasco (or your favorite Louisiana-style sauce). The crust will be super crunchy but the interior will remain moist and flaky. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
