When Hercules said he loves mankind in his dying moments, he was referring to everyone, even Jack himself. Solidified by the fact that he chose to hug Jack instead of killing him when he could have tied the match. In the end, he crushed his malice by showing him true love in his dying moments as a human being just as he said he would. RIP Hercules.

the end also makes it seem like the encounter changed or is going to change Jack as a person. I kinda like that. they are not only showing us the dark side of humanity and how Jack got there but also the possibility of redemption

Actually the second season had 15 episodes. The first ten had already been released, but the last five episodes(the sixth fight) will still be coming out this year.

Record of Ragnarok anime definetely won't get cancelled. It had 30 milion hours watched in the first week. In comparison last season had just barely over 9 milion. Season 2 Has more than double the views and hours watched than stuff like Cyberpunk Edgerunners or JoJo's part 6.

@@WeAINTseenITREACTIONS yep, like i said before, we are in the eighth fight in the manga. Still had more six battle to happen, being Odin one of the God participants who still hasn't fought. My guess is that he will be the last god to fight cuz they are making him look like a final boss

My top 5 characters in this series until this moment in the manga are 5-Qin shin Huang 4-Poseidon 3-Nikola Tesla 2-Sasaki Kojiro 1-Jack the Ripper. So for me this episode was just fantastic

@@zamaskowany12 Technically he didn't, all the fighters on the humans side and the gods side were already revealed way back during the Thor vs Lu Bu fight (which was literally the very first fight). Well, except for... SPOILER WARNING BELOW ... Hades. But OP didn't include him in that top 5 characters list, so it doesn't count, and if you're reading this then you chose to look past the spoiler warning :\ all the fighters he listed were already revealed to be chosen fighters way back in the first 3 chapters.

And is not exactly something important the order of the fights. Relax, this is a spoiler, trivial, that would not damage their experience
