Any Idea how to manage transactions in locust? Like in Jmeter we have transaction controller, in Load runner we have lr.start_transaction n lr.end_transaction

The default client used python requests, it uses Keep Alive. docs.python-requests.org/en/latest/user/advanced/#keep-alive
