A typical rugged and reliable US loco - and with a proper whistle too! Great video.
The Railway Children 1968 & 1970.
I am amazed that when in the UK during WW2 that the American whistles were not removed. The A4 s had their whistles removed because there was a fear people would confuse them with air raid sirens. I know the S160s were passing through Britain to move to Europe after D-Day.
It's a nice video presentation with a good run of the STEEM LOCOMOTIVE. AWASOME TO LOOKS.
Big Jim is definitely the boss on this line
Lovely ❤❤❤❤
Tear-Jerking Technology! True representation of Human Effort.
I remember geting this locomotive in this game called streamlined on roblox
That's some big chunks of coal!
25mph...at least.
This is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for the view from the engine!
Cracking locomotives...despite their austere appearance -it was cathartic when the day came I started to like it! -if only we had a line that could handle UP's spare FEF-3 ! -and OH that WHISTLE !!!
Great footage. That engine made that initial climb away from the station with a lot more ease than any of the British engines I have seen there!
Superb foot plate shots. What a great ride. Well captured Regards C&A
