Too bad we have to use many parts of the standard frame. I would prefer to keep the standard frame complete and only move the laser head itself, or buy a second laser head, so I can use both setups.

30 Pro Max I am installing the expansion kit and found I do not have a screw to increase motor power. I see I have jumper pins. What to do?

when using the rollerthing do i unplug both y axis motors and do i have to screw back the little screw on the pcb ?

If I buy this 900x920 expansion kit, can I use just the Y axle expansions from it, to be able to make it 400x920 size and have the X axle expansion for spares if I need to cut bigger? Or building the 400x920 version is just possible with the Y expansion kit?

I have an S30 pro max laser engraver, I bought a 900x920mm expansion for it. I put it together based on the video and the error is that the y axis starts jumping after a while.

Is there no settings to tell GRBL that you now have two Y axis motors??? I didn’t see any mention of setting this up

Do you have a X-axis switch extension cable? I'm using the Y-axis extension kit.

Not selling alone for the time being, you can find the extension line of the same port on Amazon or local malls.

I just received my s30 pro max and i haven’t put it together yet because I went ahead and ordered the expansion kit (905mm x 915mm). I did it this way because I figured at least this way I wouldn’t have to take it apart to add extension kit. My question-will I be ok just going off the normal directions or will it be different since I’m setting it all up together initially?

Mi cable original de la s30 ultra trae 6 conectores 3 rojos y 3 azules y uno negro el cable de el kit de expansión solo trae 4 😥😥😥😥necesito ayuda de como conectarla

I put mine together just like the video shows, now when I try to cut or engrave a bigger or complex item it will cut two lines but not on the same line. It skips and cuts into a line it has already cut. What can I do to fix this problem? I did not have this problem with the smaller regular size S30 pro set up.

might be an issue with belt tension or the table is uneven

Die Probleme habe ich auch wenn ich mit weniger 700mm/m arbeite. AB etwa 700mm/m aufwärts ist alles gut was fürs schneide zu schnell ist um in einem Durchgang durchs Material zu kommen. Hab es selbst versucht das Problem mit einer Welle zwischen den beiden Y Antrieben zu lösen nur besteht das Problem weiterhin. Bin sehr enttäuscht über die X Achserweiterung ohne die ist alles super. Schade um das Geld.

Hello, i have buy the expansion kit with my S30 Pro Max and there was the plastic hose inside, how can i get the rubber hose, because the hose keeps kinking, bought on 4/7/2023 at Geekbuying. Greets

I didn't get an upgraded hose. It's the same low quality plastic as the original.

When you put the power harder , do you need to need to turn both screws 90° ore just one?

What do you mean? Laser head screw? Both should be tightened. If not, please attach the video time

Is there anyone here who has assembled the 935x900 and has had success? I've had limited success on small jobs, but anytime I stretch the laser area, it fails miserably. The component that slides left/right on the carriage beam seems really tight...way more than the original carriage beam.

Yo lo adquirí tengo un láser s30 pro Max En primer lugar no me gustó se tenga que desarmar el marco donde va el láser, el segundo eje que se le agrega esta muy tenso si lo aflojo tantito o las bandas se hace todo es un descontrol, de cuando mandaba hacer algo. Tampoco me gusto que no viniera el fierro que sostenía a ambos ejes, porque al momento de hacer algo no se alienan por más que los acomodes. puse las medidas del video y el láser siempre se detenía en algún punto y no trabajaba, cuando la iniciaba también se detenía y no llega al inicio me decía error por no llegar al tope. Y resulta que ahora mi láser NO hace nada, los programas detectan a mi láser pero no se mueve en lo absoluto ya llame un técnico y nada le encontró nada. No se qué más hacer, alguien sabe qué hacer? O alguien más le paso lo mismo que a mi?

Me llego el motor con giro invertido, es un problema

Leider überzeugt die Funktion der Erweiterung nicht wirklich Bei Geschwindigkeiten unter 700mm/m gibt es zu großen Ungenauigkeiten der X Achse. Bin sehr enttäuscht über die Anschaffung hätte ich das gewußt hätte auch ich mir nur die Erweiterung der Y Achse gekauft.

If the X-axis is too different, it may not be adjusted properly. If the Y-axis jumps, it is basically the asymmetrical position of the engraving at the beginning. If you need more help, send email to: support@sculpfun.com
