I brought one, I extended it to the appropriate length, but when I put it down or try to fix it on the wall, it shortens. It would be good if no one touches it, otherwise it falls down.

It is spring operated. It is not sticked with some glue, it is sticked because of spring tension inside the rod.

is the rod super bent or a wide angle lens?

If not fixed properly need to buy shower support C type clamps two in number .

Надо было кольца надеть на штангу, а потом только вешать штангу)))

It's better not to have anything. Terrible.
