​​@@fanreader7847yeah LN is another take by the author way different to the WN. Basically originally every world should have only 1 Legendary weapon and 2 Vassal weapons that cover the weaknesses of the main weapon. For example Shield has Claw and Hammer as its respective vassal weapons. Originally according to the new lore the author is writing on the LN, both the Legendary and Vassal weapons were only meant to keep at bay the ones behind the waves until those who fight the ones that create the waves come around to help (as the worlds are between some sort of god war or something) so the weapons aren't omnipotent until users unlock the "0" series which is a gift from the world left behind by those who fight against the creators of the waves as without the "0“ series, those who create the waves are impervious to all damage and inmortal among other things. All worlds have a maximum limit for rejoinings which is 8 Legendary weapons and 16 Vassal Weapons at a time as that's the limit the fabric of creation can tolerate before a world unravels on itself killing everything in something worse than the apocalypse. Unlike WN where the one behind the waves use it for nourishment as felled worlds give it power, in LN as of now the ones behind the waves are doing it only for fun as in old times the waves were like a show contest for everyone to see and enjoy the carnage until something happens I won't spoil. But to be honest some worlds really had in the past bad weapons as for example, in one world there's a Legendary Brush weapon which unless it is the type of weapon that can bring paintings to life, seems like one of the weakest, more so that the Shield and Armour Legendary Weapons. Anime is its own thing as it takes from all sources and changes the timeline so I would not be surprised if the author also ends up changing the story/lore yet again

Basically because of the curse, the team is weakened about 20-25% which quite a lot considering how much time its been since the last time a Curse Series was used. The biggest mistake for those two was to target the strongest hero of that world. Although most likely the shield was targeted because he is the one most out in the open as oppose to the other 3 where 1 is constantly moving and the other 2 whereabouts is at this point unknown. Well either that or the other worlders don't actually think the other 3 are actually hero weapon wielders which has come up when Le'Arc couldn't identify them.

People also perceive the shield as weak since the shield is a more defensive type.

I'm pretty sure it was a 70% debuff because Naofumi stated their stats were at about 30%

After that fight Raphtalia won, you could say she is a "cut" above the rest. Really "spitting" the competition

Finally!!!! We're in the part of story I don't know! And the 3rd season is good.

I had my doubts and not trusted s’yne but she’s actually an amazing hero At first I thought she was making up the story of her world being destroyed but I then payed more attention to how her voice sounded, a glitching voice is something nobody else has in this season Perhaps she wasn’t lying about anything from her story of coming from a destroyed world But none of the bad guys bleeder when they where killed by raphtalia’s sword or s’yme’s scissor blades. Are those bad guys illusions that s’yme may had created to impersonate a hero and gain the trust of Naofumi and his party and join them, even if her story is made up or what s’yme said it’s all true?

Yeah it felt like a weird backwards character moment for him to dismiss her out of hand rather than just being his usual hyper suspicious self. Clearly the pressure of the situation is getting to his head causing him to be more paranoid/cautious than usual even by his standards.

she is a vassal weapon hero like Glass and L'Arc but she is from a world that has been destroyed by the waves which is the reason for why her voice is a bit static since her weapon is getting weaker/dying.

The biggest problem with the shield hero is he ignores that he's been royally screwed over and does nothing about it failing to realize problems escalate if you don't face them

i loved the first few episodes. on this episode the quality dropped again like it did in season 2. lets hope it was just a screw up on this one.

Is Season 3 worth it to watch? Season 2 was not good at all. 😢

Nothing like some surprisingly strong random thugs to do some Worfing for the sake of showing off the new girl.

Do they explain why her voice glitches like that? Find that shi dope asf but wondering if they explain it

It's depressing how lazy they are with the animation, only showing air strike and shield prison even though each shield has official art 😂 I want so badly for this series to get an anime adaptation as good as re:zero cuz it deserves it but clearly season 1 was a fluke
