I’ve been watching him for about 2 years or so, it has been amazing watching him grow in his smash career and Little Mac player. Good stuff

Steve is broken but his recovery definitely isn’t impossible to edgeguard, it has good mixup options but you definitely can 2 frame it if you know how to.

Barking frog could have just not recovered that way, he could have went high or stalled way more he really just gave him the 2 frame

Up angled F-smash is pretty much an up smash but has more horizontal range while actual up smash has more vertical range

Im so glad the commentator said that I TOTALLY AGREE. 7:45. It's definitely the player's. Another good example would be me, alot of tournaments I've went to, people have said they enjoy fighting my Sonic because I CHOOSE not to camp and I know how to play and outplay in neutral and up-close.

What happened to peanut bro I don't see him doing tournaments anymore 😢

Underdogs are always the best because they are doing the most thinking versus a character that is somewhat broken.

Its not him losing to mac that does it for me, its the lack of counterplay, he didnt plat camp with aerial block anvil at all, he basically forgot he could bulid walls, almosy zero edgeguarding, just defaulted to minecart spam even after repeatedly getting pinished for it, never used any ledge setups and finally didnt even try to avoid getting 2 framed when peanut was obviously going for it even tho steve has many stall techniques and can also just not recover to ledge. He basically gave him this win.

Regardless tho Peanut is a great player as always but I feel like Barking Frog sold hard.

That first game was the hardest fumble

The sequence that starts at 11:37 was so punishing that my mans came back from the platform and looked like he was crying in a corner 😢

From 1:40 to 2:00 is why Steve players are crying so bad about the ban. They can't console themselves about the time they spent on their character because they didn't learn the basics of the game. They're not good players, they're carried. Hard.
