To everyone who sleeps a lot... There's a good chance you have vitamin B-12 deficiency... I was sleeping 10-11 hours a day and feeling dizzy and cloudy headed all day... So we did blood checkup and I had a severe b12 deficiency. And when I had my first supplement tablet it felt like I was waking up after 100 days of tiredness! B12 deficiency is very very serious. And it WILL severely damage your focus. Pls get it checked for your own good. If u want more info pls feel free to ask

Yes sir that's really true . I have no time table of a day just doing study whole . Sleeping for an 5-6 hours and 1-2 other activities . Even when i sleep 3-4 hours a day i don't feel . it's become habitual now .So do your best in any field you are . Best of all 😊
