Gathiya is very soft so can't mix with any curry So sev is better option

બહુ જ સરસ ગાંઠિયા બનાવ્યા છે તમારી બધી જ રેસીપી બહુ સરસ હોય છે આ જ લોટ થી પાપડી ગાંઠિયા બનાવી શકાય બહાર જેવા સોફ્ટ અને ક્રીસપી બને ખરા પ્લીઝ પ્લીઝ પ્લીઝ જવાબ આપજો.

હું બધીજ વાનગી ખૂબ સરસ બનાવું છું. પણ બહુ વાર ભાવનગરી ગાંઠિયા બનવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરી જોયો , સારા બને છે પણ એકદમ પરફેક્ટ નથી બનતા. સોડા વગર બનાવું તો થોડા hard બને અને સોડા નાખી ને બનાવું તો ટેસ્ટ નથી મજા આવતી શું કરવું જોઈએ??
