Salimullah Khan:
Salimullah Khan's parental home is in Cox's Bazar.He passed his SSC(matriculation) exam from Chittagong Cantonment High School. Later he was admitted to Chittagong College. He studied Law at the University of Dhaka.
In 1976, he met noted intellectual Ahmed Sofa, who introduced him to Professor Abdur Razzaq. In 1983, he joined University of Rajshahi as a teacher. For a brief period, he taught at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. In 1986, he went to the United States for studying Economics.
Returning home, he joined a private university as a faculty. He worked as the Chief Academic Advisor and a professor in the Department of Law at Stamford University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently he is a Professor of General Education at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh.

একজন ব্যক্তির ধর্ম-সম্প্রদায়ে বসবাস করে অসাম্প্রদায়িক চেতনার অধিকারি হওয়া আদৌ বাস্তবসম্মত ? যেখানে প্রত্যক ধর্ম সম্প্রদায়ই নিজেদের ধর্মকে সত্য ও সঠিক বলে মনে করেন বিপরীতে অন্য সব ধর্মকে মিথ্যা ও বেঠিক বলে মনে করেন।বরং ধর্মীয় মৈত্রীর মানস গঠন করতে হলে সব ধর্ম সম্পর্কে সবার জানার ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

Communal riots remained active both in India and Pakistan even after the liberation. Thousands of Muslims both Bengali and Bihari fled to then East Pakistan from India due to the riots and massacre. Nobody talks about that. Each riot had a reaction of another. Pakistan Movement was initiated for a different reason. One of the main reasons was that In Bengal, Lower caste Hindus and Bengali Muslims had been discriminated by the Higher caste Hindus for a long long time. To get rid of that, they demanded a separate state where they can live freely. Harmony of Muslims and Hindus can solve the problem only. The exchange of population isn't a solution. We should stop spreading hatred among each other but talk peace between the communities and learn to live side by side. The prime minister of then undivided Bengal, A K Fazlul Huq tried to unite Muslims and Hindus during his tenure in 1941 with Syama Prasad Mukherjee.

Bangladeshis have managed to reduce the Hindu population from 20 percent to 8 percent. Now Bangladeshi Muslims are migrating to West Bengal.

@@abdulmoyeen95781931 সালের সেনসাস অনুযায়ী জমি ভাগ হবে আর খেয়াল রাখবেন খুলনা হিন্দু প্রধান ছিল তার বিনিময়ে মুর্শিদাবাদ এসেছে। অনেক অনেক জিনিস জানতে হবে।
