S Mount Armbar

The S mount is one of the hardest mounts to escape from and offers plenty of attacks, like the Armbar I want to show you in this video.
It’s a slow, step by step armbar, that’s very hard to stop, even if your opponent knows what you are trying to do.
If he tries to defend it by locking up his arms in a figure 4 position (most people will do), make sure to watch the video until the end where I show you how to get rid of his defenses.

this is a sick technique, and one i've been using for a few months now when i learned it in class. i really like how you took the time to explain WHY you want to block the elbow with the chest. as a matter of fact, you explained WHY you're doing every part of the technique, and i hadn't seen/heard the WHY part of it explained so thoroughly before. thanks for the video!

Exactly, what am amazing detail. It really works! It really opened my eyes as to how to trick people into thinking you're doing one thing but really setting up another. Such a cool aspect of the game, can't wait to get better at that.
