I just ordered them and the Maul re-issue and I was going to say exactly that, I can’t wait to get him and Anakin out and see them in person finally!

The sound booth segments are becoming my favorite parts of the videos 😂

im a prequel kid, so Mcgregor is my perfect Obi-Wan, and this is my favorite Obi from my fav movie. i was happy to replace my display of the black series one, and put this one up with my black series figs. they integrate seamlessly.

Same here I only bought Black Series thinking I was saving some money then I saw the episode 3 Anakin and Obi-Wan and instant Star Wars figuarts collector lol....I’m broke now but happier than ever!

I’ve been waiting for this review for a long, long time. This one has shot to the top 5 of my favourite SHF figures real easy-like. But somehow, my satisfaction is increased tenfold when you give it the Certified Robo Seal Of Approval (tm). Great review as usual, my friend. Looking forward to ...well...what, actually? Not a lot of exciting Star Wars releases in the near future is there? :/

My fav SHF Obi Wan. It deserved your attention as we see now.

Great review robo obi looks Awsome & your evolution of obi wan makes me want to get em all too, star wars needs to make gus cannon for episode 9 cameo at the end I'm sure everyone would want to see that.

What's really odd is that the lightsaber hilt (with and without blade) still has the loop at the pommel, which is a reuse from Figuarts Ben Kenobi Took me a while to notice that

Too bad we can’t pop that head on this release lol, oh well he looks great in the clone armor too!

The beard being different heights, on each cheek the non-scream head, is a little annoying, but great figure overall 👍

Gus intros are gold!

Finally pulled the trigger on this since it’s on sale on Amiami

8:42 - The Episode 2 one looks off because I think it looks more like Orlando Bloom 😂

Fwoosh by far the best obi wan figure we've gotten.

I love having this figure but I have to admit I'm bothered by the asymmetry of the beard, & it seems like it's like that for everybody. It's a little better on the yelling head so I've stuck with that one for the most part. Great review!

Do you think Hasbro will make Luke Skywalker from ROTJ in the archive line of the black series?? Or is it better to just get the sh figuarts version?

The asimtric beard bothers me way more than it should, just can't unsee it, why did the sculpted his right side beard so high, or is the left side to low?

By the way Obi Wan Kenobi is the greatest Jedi of all and Revenge of the Sith Kenobi/Ewan Macgregor is by far my favorite. I want this bad.

The only thing I dislike about the figure was the beard, uneven (On the not screaming head). Looks like he was shaving and then got into a light saber fight.

I only just started collecting figuarts coming from the black series. Can someone explain why this guy is so expensive compared to pretty much any other figuarts? Was it limited production?

Because this particular version of the character is a fan favorite. So his value is more.

Remember when bandai gives you proper alternate heads with other expressions

Figuarts are Japanese imports. They are not legally allowed to be sold in stores in the US. You have to buy them online.

Imo the hair colour is very off and the likeness isn’t the best, it just doesn’t look like Ewan McGregor to me. The body sculpt and colours look great though, it’s just the head.
