বাংলাদেশে রাষ্ট্রপ্রতির পদটা বাতিল করা উচিত,,কারণ যে পদের কোনো ক্ষমতা নেই,,সে পদ দিয়ে কি হবে।

বাংলাদেশের রাষ্ট্রপ্রতির কোন পাওয়ার নেই

একজন পুরুষ স্মার্ট যোগ্য রাষ্ট্রপতিই পারে বহিঃবিশ্বের কাছে বাংলাদেশের ভাবমূর্তি ধরে রাখতে। 😊

রাষ্ট্রপতি শব্দটির মধ্যেই রয়েছে সুপ্রিম ক্ষমতা কিন্তু যদি কোনো রাষ্ট্রপতি উদ্ভট আইন বা নিয়ম কানুন দেখে ভয় পেয়ে মূর্তি হয়ে বসে থাকে সেটা তার নিজের ব‍্যর্থতা।

রাষ্ট্রপতি পদের ক্ষমতা বাড়িয়ে জনগনের সরাসরি ভোটে নির্বাচিত করা উচিৎ ।

রাষ্ট্রপতি পদ টা বাতিল করা উচিত।বছরে অই এক পদের পেছনে যা খরচ,তা দিয়ে পুরো একটা মন্ত্রণালয় চালানো যাবে।

প্রধানমন্ত্রীর বউয়ের ভুমিকা পালন করে রাষ্ট্রপ্রতি।

আমার দাবি একটাই,পিছনে দিনগুলো 💪🤝🙏 সামনের ও বয়লার ছাড়া উপায়ে না।

বাংলাদেশে যে রষ্ট প্রতি আছে আমি তো ভুলে ই গেছি,এ পদে তাকে বসিয়ে রেখে লাব কি ?

বাংলাদেশের রাষ্ট্রপতি হওয়ার চেয়ে থানার একজন ওসি বা নির্বাহী অফিসার হওয়া অনেক ভালো! কারণ রাষ্ট্রপতির চেয়ে এদের ক্ষমতা অনেক বেশি! এরা ইচ্ছা করলে অনেক সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারে অন্তত ওই থানার বিষয়ে, এছাড়া অনেক মানুষের উপকার কিংবা ক্ষতিও করতে পারে। কিন্তু রাষ্ট্রপতি প্রতিবছর রাষ্ট্রের শত কোটি টাকার অপচয় করা ও কিছু সন্ত্রাসীর মুক্তি দেয়া ছাড়া কোন সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারে না এবং কোন মানুষের উপকার করতেও পারেনা। রাষ্ট্রপতি পদ বিলুপ্ত অথবা প্রধানমন্ত্রী ও রাষ্ট্রপতির মধ্য ক্ষমতার ভারসাম্য করা হোক।

শুধু মিলাদ পড়া আর কবর জিয়ারত কেন, অপরাধীকে ক্ষমা করা, কৌতুক করা ইত্যাদিও তো মনে হয় রাষ্ট্রপতির কাজ।

আগের দিন ভালো ছিল রাষ্ট্রপতির হাতে সকল ক্ষমতা থাকা উচিত। বহিরর্বিশ্বে যত উন্নয়নশীল দেশ আছে সবাই রাষ্ট্রপতি মাধ্যমে দেশ পরিচালনা করে। আগের আইন পুনরায় চালু করার দরকার।

একটি দেশে কখনো দুই ব্যাক্তির সমান ক্ষমতা থাকে না। দুই ব্যাক্তির ক্ষমতা কম দেশি থাকবেই।

রাষ্ট্রপ্রতির যেহেতু কাজ নেই কৌতুক করা ছাড়া আর উপায় নেই।

There is a proverb in Bangla, "Two tigers do not stay in a single forest". Elsewhere it is said, "Two lions can not rule in the same valley". So, not only in Bangladesh, all over the world there remains only one chief executive for a country. He may be called President (as in USA, France, Brazil), or Prime Minister (as in UK, Bangladesh, India, Japan etc.) or Ameer (as in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait etc), or King (as in KSA, Brunei, Bhutan etc). Where Prime Minister is Chief Executive, there head of the State is King or President or Emperor). Where the President or Ameer or King is Chief Executive, he is both the head of the government and the head of the State. The Chief Executive exercises the maximum powers and every function of the government centers round him. The system of government differs from country to country basing on many things like culture of political, social and economic system. The system of distribution of power between Chief Executive and Head of the State also varies from country to country. This distribution of power is also not rigid. It is generally written in the constitution. The system of distribution of power is subject to amendment as per the will of the people or of the sovereign power. Thus, I disagree with the common perception of people in Bangladesh that the power of the President is limited within "Milad Pora - Participation in 'Milad Mahfil' and 'Kabor Ziarot' - Prayer at Graveyard". This conception is unacceptable and ridiculous. It undermines the position of the head of the state. We know the causes of origin of this perception. The people think that on all big political issues, the President should intervene, initiate dialogue among political parties and take various measures to come to a political solution. They never think that our political parties do not have a culture of solving political problems by the means of dialogue or discussion. We all know, there is a proverb in Bangla, "Bichar mani kintu talgachta amar - I accept the judgment but the palm tree is mine". Due to the existence of this social and political culture of Bangladesh, earlier no political stalemate could be resolved by means of discussion or dialogue, either arranged locally or internationally. Despite the fact, the people are of the opinion that if Honourable President takes initiative, many local problems can be resolved. My assumption is different. I think that he may take any such initiative but it will not see the light of success as we are not in the habit of solving all our problems by peaceful means. Rather it may put the position of Honourable President in an embarrassing and humiliated situation and make him controversial. In my opinion, the solution of political problems lies in the hands of political parties. The Honourable President does not belong to any political party, so he should be kept above every political controversy. Moreover, the effective function of the office of Honourable President (as desired by the people) lies mainly on the personality and characteristics of the person who holds it.

Only one meaningful comment I have seen in these band of illiterate baboons acting like constitutional experts. BBC Bangla appears to be trying to find problems where it does not exist. Those who created this video definitely knew the constitutional separation of the office of the head of state and office of the head of government and rationale for this separation in different countries. It will be hard for me to assume that BBC Bangla didn't know anything about it and is trying to solve a social problem. I'd rather resume they're trying to utilize the illiterate sentiment of Bengali people and provoke them into raising meaningless questions. We are a country full of many problems, No doubt about that. Why the President is less powerful than the prime Minister is not something I think we should be greatly concerned about, nor will it solve any issues that draws back the country.

The Constitutional authority of the Bangladeshi President is similar to that of most commonwealth nations including countries like India and Pakistan. As well as certain global powers like Germany and Israel. In fact, Even the UK head of the state (monarch) has less power than the Bangladeshi head of the state (president), begs the question when was the last time you covered why UK head of the state lost that much power.
