Seeing as saitama has seemingly one shot every enemy he’s come across he’s never had to push himself other than with garou and boros. In boros’s case, he didn’t try at all. With garou though, it showed that saitama can grow infinitely in power. We’ve never seen him take damage so he might have infinite durability(for now) therefore he’ll be able to power up infinitely. We currently don’t have enough feats for saitama though currently he’s about solar system level, maybe multi solar system level but we just don’t have enough feats to see how strong he truly is.

Saitama against goku wins. Why? Goku has a limit up to his Ultra Instinct Form. While saitama doesn't have a limit because he broke his limiter, meaning that saitama can choose up his limit to whatever he wants making him the strongest life form in the existence.
