I love the southfrican oldies it reminds me way back 1987 wen I was doing my grade 1 @ ipafu primary sch in chingola copperbelt Zambia

I don't know what most of these songs say, but there's a sense in which I enjoy right from my childhood. Am from Uganda, black and proud.

Since the late 90s during my primary school in south Sudan, We danced to these songs during days of the battle field and they offered us encouragement to respect unity of our people.

I'm from Uganda but SA oldies were bangers 👍

These songs take me back to the 80s when life was very simple,there was the problem of apartheid but in Transkei(Lady Frere Machubeni) we were not feeling it coz apartheid applied only in black n white areas(RSA). Those days will never never come back.

I am a Zimbabwean girl and I must honestly say i cherish these oldies so much.We used to play these in parties,weddings and other special occasions.Fond memories of good times that we had before our country became a place of doom😢
